Friendly and honest people. Breakfast is good. (Dinner is ~100sgd for 2 adults and a child.) The roof top pool is nice. Rooms are clean. They have decent triple rooms, which isn't easy to find in singapore. We're very satisfied.

After our trip to Vietnam, we spent a few days in Singapore, but unfortunately this hotel was a huge disappointment. It didn’t even meet the basic standard we had experienced in the previous country. Upon arrival, no one offered to help us with our luggage, and the staff at the reception were quite rude and unwelcoming. The rooms had a musty smell and always felt damp. We also had to go back to the reception almost every day because our key cards would suddenly stop working. We couldn’t use the elevator or even unlock our room, which was extremely inconvenient. The carpet was covered with coffee stains and other marks, making it look dirty. At first glance, many of the stains looked like bugs on the floor. The rooms are definitely in need of renovation. Overall, this hotel was a big disappointment for us. The only major advantage was its excellent location, as it was close to all the main attractions. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool, which offers a beautiful panoramic view of the city. However, we think the pool’s opening hours could be extended, as many guests clearly wanted to stay longer, but everyone was asked to leave.

Excellent Stay at Hotel Traveltine Singapore We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Traveltine Singapore. The location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The reception staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. A special thanks to Ekea at the front desk for the excellent service. Ekea was very helpful and kindly managed an early room upgrade upon our request, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the effort and warm hospitality. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely recommend Hotel Traveltine Singapore to anyone visiting Singapore. We look forward to staying here again! 😊

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and was truly impressed by the overall experience. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with comfortable bedding and modern amenities that made the stay very relaxing. The housekeeping team maintained the room exceptionally well throughout my visit.The service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. The staff were professional, attentive, and always willing to assist with any requests promptly and politely. Their warm hospitality really made the experience feel luxurious and welcoming.Another highlight was the hotel’s accessibility and convenient location. It was easy to reach major attractions, shopping areas, and transportation options, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travel. The hotel facilities were also well-organized and accessible, adding to the comfort of the stay.Overall, this hotel truly delivers a 5-star experience with its excellent rooms, exceptional service, and great accessibility. I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is lovely and conveniently located near various amenities and the city center. Clean rooms and decent room service, but they are a bit small for comfort. Additionally, the room carpet is quite old and in need of replacement. Updating these features would enhance the overall guest experience significantly.

Let me begin by saying,,Traveltine is a magnificent hotel with excellent staff and facilities. Wonderful location in my opinion close enough to everything, but tucked away on beach road which is very nicely quiet and safe,,,my only complaint and I hate to make it ..because it seem a bit personal and or pretty but I hope its well received and only help to make Traveltine an even better destination,,My only complaint is I believe the aircon vents and or filters need cleaning as I noticed every time id either return to the room or spend time in the room, My wife and I found ourselves sneezing with watery eyes and running nose..But would clear up when we left the room or were out and about in singapore,,As I stated earlier Traveltine is an amazing accommodation especially at the fare and reasonable price point and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore, So please take this critic with the kindest regards,, Thank you Joel and Maria Young

This is a great "little" hotel in a superbly located spot. You can walk into town or get the MRT with the Lavender station nearby. Gym was a little disappointing but other than that it's an amazing hotel to rest up after a busy day in Singapore! Great view from the roof!

An, the housekeeping lady, is very professional, polite, and helpful. My 1.5-year-old toddler was having a tantrum, and the noise was probably quite loud. An knocked on our door and kindly offered us some children’s toys to help calm my child down. She later shared some helpful travel tips for travelling with young children in this hot weather. I really appreciate her thoughtfulness and kindness. I hope An receives the recognition she truly deserves.
