In downtown Singapore, Maxwell Reserve occupies a 100-year-old British colonial building on Murray Terrace. The property was envisioned by owner Satinder Garcha and brought to life by French designer Jacques Garcia, blending grand European style with a cosmopolitan edge. The hotel’s design reflects its values of Roots, Glory and Pride, with museum-quality family artifacts dating back to 1709 on display throughout. These pieces illustrate Garcha’s passion for polo, as well as the histories of Singapore and Royal India, and give the space a lively, character-rich atmosphere.
Construction is currently underway next door. The hotel’s facilities, restaurants and bars remain fully open, though some rooms may pick up noise during your stay.
