I had a pleasant stay at Momentus Hotel Alexandra. The hotel has a clean, modern look and gives a comfortable first impression from the outside. It is located in a convenient part of Singapore, with easy access to nearby malls, food options, and different parts of the city.The overall stay felt smooth and fuss-free. We had a wonderful stay at Momentus Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. One of the biggest advantages of the hotel is its excellent location. It is conveniently connected to many of Singapore’s popular attractions, with VivoCity just a short distance away, making shopping, dining, and accessing Sentosa incredibly easy. What we particularly loved was being surrounded by many authentic local eateries and cafes. The area offers a great mix of local flavours and convenience, which added so much to our stay. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to assist. Especially Ivan who was stationed in the club lounge. Overall, Momentus Hotel offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience.

I booked the hotel for a 4D3N stay for my parents whose house was undergoing some light renovation works. The service was very good and Ratna was very helpful. I was emailing her in advance to make special arrangements for my parents who are near 80, and she made sure the hotel took care of their needs. Also - the hotel room and bathroom is clean. Bed and bedsheets and pillow was comfy. The room, though small, had good space layout. The table was right next to the windows, and in the day time, natural day light shines in making it easy to see things or read books. The TV had chromecast! Yay! There's local food nearby and IKEA beside. There's also alexandra village food centre nearby. Location not near to MRT but it's relatively central. Good overall experience. Oh - buffet breakfast a bit lacklustre, but ok for satiety.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Momentus Hotel Alexandra, made even more special by the thoughtful birthday surprise from the team for my wife. Thank you so much for the beautiful complimentary gift, lovely room decorations, and the heartfelt birthday card signed by the staff. It was such a personal touch that made me feel truly welcomed and appreciated. A special thank you to Ivan, Sufi, Selena, Alf, Henry and everyone who took the time to make my celebration so memorable. Your kindness, warm hospitality, and attention to detail made my birthday extra meaningful. The excellent service, comfortable stay, and genuine care from the team exceeded my expectations. Found this hotel to be great value for money, the location is good with easy public transport options within a five min walk for busses and 15 mins for the metro, there are numerous food options, I'd especially recommend the Alexandra village food center, it's packed with vendors selling a wide variety of different foods, there is plenty of seating and the atmosphere is local and friendly. The rooms are not huge but they are very clean and perfectly comfortable with great beds. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was always well stocked during our five night stay. The pool is a great size, super clean and has direct access to the bar. We only had one small issue that the staff attended to very quickly and professionally. Definitely worth booking a room with access to the executive lounge on the 17th floor, it's a very nice space with great views and perfect for relaxing after a days sightseeing. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for a one-night staycation and came away feeling fairly underwhelmed. This is not a bad hotel by any means. The property is modern, the infinity pool is genuinely impressive, and the complimentary shuttle service to various parts of town is a nice touch. However, the overall experience never quite lived up to expectations, particularly when it came to service and attention to detail. The room itself felt smaller than expected. I was informed that I had received a double upgrade, but if nobody had told me, I probably would not have noticed. The space felt quite tight and a little claustrophobic. The air-conditioning was another issue. Throughout the night, the room seemed to alternate between being too warm and too cold, making it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep. The bathroom design also left a lot to be desired. The shower pressure was incredibly strong, to the point where I literally jumped the first time I turned it on. The positioning of the shower head seemed odd as water could easily splash beyond the bathtub area. Getting out of the bathtub felt unnecessarily risky as there were no proper grab handles. The only thing available to hold onto was the glass partition, which is hardly ideal when the floor is wet. There were also no towel racks within easy reach from inside the bathtub. What disappointed me most was the service. Throughout the stay, interactions often felt transactional rather than hospitable. As a Titanium member, I did not feel particularly recognised. One example was when I called to enquire about lounge access. After trying repeatedly for more than 30 minutes before someone finally answered, I was simply told that I was not entitled to lounge access. There was no explanation, no suggestion of alternatives, and no attempt to understand why I was asking. I was looking for a quiet place to work and perhaps enjoy a drink, but the operator ended our conversation almost immediately. The welcome amenity was also rather unusual. Three cling-wrapped jars of snacks were delivered to the room. At first, I genuinely thought it was some sort of amenity kit. It felt a little odd and not particularly memorable to be honest. Breakfast was another weak point. The buffet spread was fairly limited. The egg station queue often spilled into the main buffet area, making it difficult for guests to access other food items. Replenishment of popular items was also slower than expected. Saw a poor dude trying so hard to get the last bit of ketchup onto his omelette 🤦‍♂️. When I arrived at around 7am, I kid you not, the indoor dining area was completely full, largely with Korean tour groups(?). I was told that I would need to sit outside, which was not an issue, really. What really irked me was the manner in which it was communicated. There FOH didn’t apologise, or acknowledged the inconvenience, and there was zero effort to make the interaction feel welcoming AT 7AM, especially with his apparent annoyance. As for the facilities, the infinity pool was easily the highlight of the stay. The gym is fairly basic, consisting of a few treadmills, free weights and resistance machines, but it serves its purpose. The in-room toiletries, however, felt rather cheap and out of place for a hotel in this category. Overall, a 6/10 experience. Lack of warmth and surprisingly impersonal for a four-star hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights as a stopover on the way to Europe.. The room we stayed in was pretty small with no storage cupboards for our clothing so we lived out of our suitcases, it the only hotel in our 5 week trip that lacked cupboard space. Marina Bay and most attractions were about 20–30 minutes away by train/bus, so if you want to stay closer to the main tourist spots, this hotel may feel a bit far out - so just check if it works for you. We didn’t mind exploring the less touristy areas - bus stop across the road made things it easy to get to train station. Being so humid, the air conditioning was great to come back to after a long day. Breakfast was excellent, and the daily room cleaning was much appreciated.

Nice location with 2 mini malls and so many other shops around it, including IKEA. Their response time to complaints is top notch and commendable. The front deck staff are professional and the GM was quite helpful and prompt with sorting out issues himself. The roof top bar, swimming pools rounding it and the gym is quite admirable. There's an array of buffer cuisine served at breakfast, lunch and dinner. My room wasn't so big, so i reckon it is quite pricey, but maybe it's good value with the amenities and activities in and around the hotel
