Google· a month agoStayed for a night recently. Check in and out was smooth. Stayed in a family suite. Overall was “clean” but the room felt somewhat dated and in need for some deep cleaning. Fairly dusty as well. The wooden flooring has taken some beating over the years! The check in staff Donald was nice and kind but maybe forgot the surprise for my daughter’s birthday? He personally served us some welcome juice which was a nice hospitality touch. Thanks Donald :) The location itself is very convenient just one stop away from Universal Studios. It’s very close to other food options at nearby Village Hotel and Outpost Hotel. Would come back again for special occasions.

Google· a month agoBeing on a holiday and left stranded as a result of the Disney cruise cancellation, we decided to take our daughter to Universal Studios instead. I came across Oasia and decided to book it given its excellent location and good reviews. I simply left a special request explaining how our holiday plans were ruined because of the cruise cancellation and that any goodwill gesture would be really appreciated. The front desk team were excellent when we checked in - friendly, warm and emphatetic. I believe a supervisor or manager (forgot to ask her name) immediately saw my name and remembered my special request - and she even personally brought our heavy luggage to the room. We were given a surprise room upgrade, and a cute soft toy was given to my daughter which she absolutely loved. The room was excellent, comfortable and clean. The housekeeping staff were also friendly and efficient - even our daughter got cute room slippers meant for kids! In terms of location, it was just a walk across the road to the monorail, with resort world sentosa being one stop away. We will definitely stay in Oasia if we visit Sentosa again. Thank you to the Oasia team for being so thoughtful and making our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Google· a month agoWe had an amazing staycation with our dog and truly enjoyed every moment. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they made us feel at home from the start. It was great finding a place where our dog was also treated so warmly. Thank you for making our family getaway memorable. Looking forward to visiting again.

Tripadvisor· a month agoI am EXTREMELY disappointed with my recent stay at Oasia Resort Sentosa. I had a pleasant experience back in January 2025 when I booked a Courtyard Premier Room for my gender reveal party. Because that stay was so memorable, I decided to book the SAME ROOM again as a sentimental gesture for my son’s FIRST BIRTHDAY celebration. Months before check-in, I had communicated with the hotel regarding my request for CONNECTING ROOMS. The plan was simple: one room for the children and another for the cake-cutting celebration. I was under the impression that my request had been noted and would be accommodated. Upon checking in on 31 May, the front desk staff initially informed me that a connecting room arrangement had been secured, but I would need to wait about an hour for the second room to be ready. So far, so good. However, when we received the key to the first room and headed upstairs, we were shocked to discover that it was NOT the Courtyard Premier Room that we had specifically booked. Instead, we were assigned a completely different room type that was noticeably smaller. I immediately called the front desk and spoke to a male staff member around 3.30pm. Rather than addressing my concerns, he repeatedly told me that I had already been “UPGRADED” and questioned why I would want the Courtyard Room instead. EXCUSE ME? I NEVER asked for an upgrade. NOBODY informed me that my room had been changed. NOBODY contacted me beforehand. NOBODY explained that the room I specifically selected and paid for would not be available. When I raised the fact that I had booked the Courtyard Premier Room MONTHS in advance, his response was simply that the Courtyard Rooms were FULLY BOOKED. If they were fully booked, WHY WAS I ABLE TO BOOK IT THREE MONTHS AGO? If the hotel could not honour the room type I booked, WHY WASN’T I INFORMED BEFOREHAND so that I could have made alternative arrangements elsewhere? This was NOT just any staycation. It was my SON’S FIRST BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION. Had I known the room I specifically wanted was unavailable, I would have booked ANOTHER HOTEL entirely. Things became even more frustrating when my husband went down to speak to the front desk. We were then told that Courtyard Rooms were being prioritised for guests with pets. HONESTLY, THAT LEFT US SPEECHLESS. DOGS AND CATS OVER A PAYING HUMAN CUSTOMER WHO SPECIFICALLY BOOKED THAT ROOM TYPE MONTHS AGO? We have pets too. Should we have brought them along if that was the only way to get the room WE ACTUALLY PAID FOR? The only compensation initially offered was a late checkout until 1pm. That’s it. No genuine apology. No ownership of the issue. No meaningful attempt to make things right. The situation became so stressful that I broke down in tears. Instead of enjoying my baby’s FIRST BIRTHDAY celebration, I spent the afternoon dealing with room issues, worrying about space constraints for our guests, and feeling embarrassed that the event I had carefully planned was falling apart. After much discussion, we were eventually told that ONE Courtyard Room could be provided after all because nobody had checked into it yet. And guess what? At around 4PM, THE ROOM WAS STILL NOT CLEANED. ARE YOU SERIOUS? To make matters worse, we were even asked to provide proof that we had booked the Courtyard Premier Room. EXCUSE ME AGAIN? Surely this information should already be reflected in your own reservation system. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely upsetting. What should have been a joyful and memorable occasion for my son’s FIRST BIRTHDAY turned into an unnecessarily stressful and emotional experience. I came back because I was a RETURNING CUSTOMER. Instead, I was made to feel like my booking, my prior communication with the hotel, and my celebration meant absolutely nothing. For a hotel that positions itself as a 5-STAR PROPERTY, I expected far better communication, accountability, and customer service. UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED. DO BETTER.

Trip.com· a month agoCelebrated my anniversary here, the staff that served me accommodated my stay really well with and even upgraded my room from premier to family suite. The amenities were really good and I was able to receive a generous anniversary gift from the hotel itself. Overall a great stay and would recommend

Google· 3 months agoBooked the pawfect retreat package after seeing a post about it in 8days that states breakfast included, but on the day of our stay we were informed that breakfast was, in fact, not included. That came as a shock and disappointment because it doesn’t match what their sponsored ad promoted. Upon checking with concierge, they said that we should have chosen the one with “breakfast included”, but no such option was available. There was only one single option which apparently didn’t include breakfast despite the sponsored ads saying it did. It appears to be a problem several others are facing as well. For such an expensive hotel, it’s ridiculous to not have breakfast included, especially when there wasn’t even possible to select any other option despite what we were told! The room itself was spacious and cleanliness acceptable. Toilet and shower could have been better, but it was still passable. The pet ammenities were great, and well thought out. We like that the water provided came in sealed glass bottles instead of plastic. Toiletries provided were all of excellent quality as well. The courtyard was spacious and includes 2 large bean bags, however a fan and mosquito lamps would have been a welcome additional.

Google· 2 months agoWe had an amazing experience at Oasia Resort Sentosa! The room was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff, particularly Devi, Saif, and Faizal (hopefully i got your names correctly), were extremely friendly and helpful. Saif even offered to bring a bucket of ice to our room when I had a swollen eye. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw from Imbiah station and within walking distance to Kidz city, USS, and Siloso beach. Our only minor complaint was the digital check-in process, but Devi was there to guide us through it. We loved our stay so much that we decided to extend it by another day. We can't wait to come back and experience it all again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Tripadvisor· a month agoDuring our stay at Oasia Resort Sentosa, the main issue was the check-in experience and the attitude of the reception staff. When we arrived, staff only helped unload the luggage from the taxi, but after that we had to handle everything ourselves. At reception, we were told to complete the check-in online instead of being properly assisted. After we finished and received our room number, we gave it to the receptionist, but she showed no warmth, no interest, and no welcoming attitude at all. She simply handed us the room keys without explaining any hotel facilities or offering any luggage assistance. We are currently on our honeymoon, and unfortunately there was not even a simple congratulations or welcoming greeting. The overall interaction felt very cold and robotic. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome and comfortable. A smile and basic kindness cost nothing, but they make a huge difference to the guest experience. Overall, this experience left a very negative impression on us.
