An excellent blend of modern luxury and local heritage. The hotel feels elegant without being pretentious, and the attention to detail throughout the property is impressive. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city, while the rooms are thoughtfully designed and very comfortable.

The Clan Hotel is a clean and well-maintained hotel in a good location, but unfortunately it did not meet our expectations overall. The room was spotless and the hotel facilities were generally well kept. The pool area is nice for a quick refresh from Singapore's heat, although the pool itself is quite small and seating can be limited when it gets busy. Our biggest disappointment was the room design. The room felt very small, and having a large part of the bathroom integrated directly into the living space was not particularly practical or comfortable for us as a family. The most frustrating experience, however, was the early check-in policy. We arrived early after a long journey with our young daughter and requested a check-in about six hours before the standard check-in time. The hotel charged us roughly two-thirds of the daily room rate for those few extra hours. We have travelled extensively throughout Asia and have used early check-in at many international hotel chains, where a half-day rate is usually charged. We found the pricing here excessive and not particularly customer-friendly. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, so we cannot comment on that aspect. While the hotel is clean and professionally managed, the very small room layout and the costly early check-in policy significantly affected our overall experience. For us, it was not good value for money, and unfortunately we would not choose to stay here again.

First time in Singapore, so I haven't got anything local to compare this hotel to. Check in was efficient, but not overly friendly. Room was very well firnished, bed very comfortable, black out curtains and very quiet. Bathroom was exceptional, loved the grey tile styling, excellent rain shower and a Japanese style toilet. We were very happy with our room. Check out was more friendly. We looked at the pool area, which was nice, but quite small, so research this if you are a pool person. We were not offered any help with luggage at either check in or check out, but presumambly available if you ask. Location is superb, literally seconds from the nearest MRT. Would I stay here again ... yes.

Amazing! Loved it. Took the metro from the airport. Absolute breeze! One simple change at the Expo metro stop and the hotel is about 50m from where you get off the next metro (can't remember station name sorry). The room we had was awesome with an amazing view. The service was fantastic. Located right next to China Town a well. No need to use public transport . Easy walk to many great sites. Will be staying here if back in Singapore!

I don't know who hired the staff here, but give them a raise! You will be very well looked after at The Clan, every member of staff, from the reception to the maintenance staff were very friendly and helpful. If you even think of a question, a staff member will magically appear and ask if you need help 😂😂😂. One even checked whether we were aware it will rain heavily soon. I loved the design of the room and the lift, both were understated but clearly someone has put a lot of thought into it. You can also request extra furniture if required. My partner wasn't fond of the fact that the sink was outside the bathroom itself, but I found it useful to do my skincare routine/makeup with more counter space. The depth of the sink meant that the mirror was far away but helpfully a smaller moveable mirror was provided in the room. The only point of improvement I have is that the walk in shower smelt a bit damp, so perhaps the ventilation could be improved. I have a sensitive sense of smell but my non-bloodhound partner wasn't bothered by it. The location is very convenient, although if you are looking for local cuisine you will have to do a bit of searching/walk to Chinatown as the closest restaurants around were western/Korean. I didn't use the facilities such as the pool, but it looked quite nice. It's not big enough to do laps in but the view makes up for it! I've also not stayed at many 5 star hotels so cannot compare the experience. All in all I would visit again and would recommend!

It’s my second time staying here and I would say it’s one of the best hotels in singapore! A big part of that was thanks to receptionist MIKE. From the moment I arrived, he was professional and incredibly helpful. He’s willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect and even upgraded both of my rooms as it’s my sister’s birthday! The hotel feels luxurious and the rooms were really clean and comfortable! Not to forget the mrt station is just beside the hotel. There’s also a food court called Lau Pa Sat around the corner and there’s many trendy cafes nearby too. Highly recommended and Mike deserves a raise😄🫶🏻💯

Highly recommend this hotel! As soon as we arrived at the entrance, the staff warmly welcomed us. The hotel environment is beautiful, clean, and smells amazing. The location is excellent—very convenient to get anywhere, and taking a Grab ride is quick and easy. There are also plenty of food options and drink shops nearby. Definitely recommended! Special thanks to Wilson for his warm hospitality—we had a wonderful time in Singapore!

We had a fantastic staycation and couldn't be happier with our experience. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, making it easy for us to enjoy the surrounding area and access everything we needed during our stay. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional hospitality shown by the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. To make our visit even more memorable, the hotel kindly upgraded us to a larger room. This thoughtful gesture made our anniversary celebration extra special and gave us more space to relax and enjoy our time together. We are truly grateful for the wonderful service and hospitality.
