We stayed for 2 nights at the hotel and had an amazing time. The room was quiet and very well equipped, we had amazing service throughout. The pool was perfect with a great view and good opening hours. Breakfast was next level with the most amazing spread you could ever imagine. Throughout our stay we had brilliant staff members, especially Hima in the evening and Shawn on reception. They made our trip even more special. Thank you so much!

I had a wonderful experience at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore tonight while enjoying the Australian Harvest buffet. The food was excellent, fresh, and beautifully presented. Every dish felt carefully prepared, and I really enjoyed the variety and quality of the buffet. The ingredients tasted very fresh, and the overall dining experience felt special and memorable. A special thank you to Chef Jun Lee, who was very kind and professional. He took the time to explain the food clearly and warmly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. His passion and attention to detail really stood out. The atmosphere was elegant, the service was attentive, and the whole evening was very pleasant from start to finish. I would highly recommend the Australian Harvest buffet to anyone visiting The Fullerton Hotel Singapore. Thank you for such a lovely dining experience.

Stayed for a night in December 2025. Even though it’s a historical hotel, the rooms are well maintained and comfortable. I love that it’s very quiet in the room, suitable for a good rest. The Christmas period is the best time to stay as they have great decorations. They also give kids an ice cream pass to redeem free ice cream at their restaurant.

We have stayed at The Fullerton quite a few times and this is my first review. My husband and I recently spent a few nights at The Fullerton (30 May to 3 June). We arrived very early in the morning and the reception staff were gracious enough to allow us to check in early as they had a room available. From check in to check out, we cannot find fault with anything. Breakfasts were amazing, with everything from Japanese food to muesli to Indian curries to freshly cooked eggs, and everything in between. The staff were quick with the coffee and always greeted us with a smile. We spent some afternoon time in the lounge downstairs sipping on gin and tonics and champagne, which was so lovely. Special mention has to go to Ms Winnie and Mr Lee, who are such wonderful assets to The Fullerton. Their friendliness and genuine conversation was very much appreciated. The room amenities are simply beautiful - no need to bring your own shampoo here. Our room was always spotless. The housekeeping team are a wonderful asset to the hotel. And then there are the wonderful men at the front door. Always waiting with a smile and warm greeting. We love the Fullerton and will definitely be returning when we are next in Singapore.

Satisfactory experience overall. The cleaning staff are outstanding, the rooms are great. The overall experience? Not really memorable, unpersonalized. Something that we are glad we did but have no appeal or interest to come back and revisit. We mentioned twice that we have a special occasion for our stay. Once whilst booking directly on the phone, second when checking in. Not a single thing was done to tailor our experience, not even a simple card or well wish. If you are just looking for a great location, high quality hotel this is it. Looking for a stay for a significant event? Avoid. EDIT: after reading other reviews, it’s come to my attention that the hotel has provided special gifts/well wishes to those celebrating special occasions. Perhaps because of our race, we weren’t given this treatment - feels xenophobic and discriminatory.

got a lot of history one — last time this building was the General Post Office, so the place feels very grand and classic, not just another hotel lah. The architecture damn solid, with big columns and heritage vibes, but inside still modern and atas. Location also power, right by the Singapore River, so the views especially at night very shiok. What makes it unique is how they keep the old colonial character while turning it into a luxury stay — got story, got style, and still feels timeless. Good place to experience Singapore’s history with a bit of elegance.

Had a wonderful stay at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore in the Palladian Suite. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, polished, and attentive without feeling overdone. The suite itself was beautifully appointed, spacious, elegant, and full of character, with a strong sense of heritage that made the stay feel truly special.The room was exceptionally comfortable, well maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Every detail, from the bedding to the bathroom amenities, reflected the quality expected from a luxury hotel. The atmosphere of the hotel was refined yet welcoming, and the team made the entire experience seamless throughout.Overall, it was a memorable and luxurious stay. The Fullerton Hotel continues to deliver a very high standard of hospitality, and the Palladian Suite made the experience even more unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a classy and meaningful stay in Singapore.

Spent an afternoon enjoying a family celebration having high tea at the Fullerton Courtyard. We each had the Strawberry Bliss menu, a seasonal selection of savory and dessert bites. The food was delicious and interesting. Each item was a good balance of flavors and some were clever combinations of components. Nothing outrageous, but enjoyable. Most items were not too sweet, which we appreciated, and some were likely quite technical to create. Our table staff (Winnie Liu and Edgar) were top notch - polite discrete service and very accommodating of requests from our family members. The harpist (Ms June?) was talented and her classical music complemented the elegant architecture of this historic atrium very well. Overall it was a memorable meal and a very good place to celebrate a family occasion. We look forward to being back, especially after learning that the High Tea menu is regularly updated.
