⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Sea Care. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, respectful, and always ready to help. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere, making it a good choice for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would gladly stay here again and recommend Hotel Sea Care to anyone looking for a good place to stay.

Terrible staff service for 5 days. No apologies for door left open all day by cleaning person, non working refrigerator, key taken from room without reason, most English tv channels don’t have any reception. No help with luggage checking in or checking out. Hotel needs better management to train staff employees. The price is a good value but you get what you pay for.

Good hotel, rooms tidy and clean, of good quality. There was a rooftop bar but it was "permanently closed". The KTV on the ground floor is not bad. Easy reach of Clark Quay. Good value.

Neat, clean and quiet rooms. Good service, has gym access and shower is awesome. Wifi sometimes lost internet access at night, has limited channels to watch, and Netflix not available. Other than that good location that worth the price.

I recently stayed at the Seacare hotel and had an excellent experience. The hotel provided me with a comfortable and clean environment, allowing me to rest well during the day while being close to my mum and taking care of her. The staff truly made my stay exceptional. Ms. Kwang Jie Ning from the front desk stood out with her attentiveness, organization, and responsiveness. I also had positive interactions with other front desk staff, including Jiayi, Joy, and Niva, who were equally courteous and helpful. Special thanks to Avin, Patricia, and Chai for their assistance, and kudos to the housekeeping team: Ms. Lee, Ms. Ker, and Ms. Vijay for the fantastic job ensuring my room was immaculate throughout my stay. The hotel’s convenient location and the team’s consistent helpfulness and responsiveness made my experience truly memorable. I plan to return to this hotel whenever I am back in the country. Highly recommended!

The location of the hotel is far from the Changi Airport. Walkable to the Chinatown and hawkers. No convenient stores nearby. It is near to the apartments. Very quiet community but you can still hear the cars outside. The room is not soundproof friendly. You can still hear the people outside or the room beside you. Inside the room, well it is pretty decent to it's price. The service is good, they will change your towels if you request to them. The staffs are friendly.

The hotel was fine and generally clean, although the windows and the area under the bed were not very clean, at least in the room where my husband and I stayed. The staff were friendly and helpful, the sheets and towels were clean, and the shower had amazing water pressure. For a couple of days, it’s perfectly fine.I should also mention the breakfast. It was not continental as stated on the booking page; it was mostly local food, with only one or two continental options. That was fine for me, but I would have liked more fruit, fried eggs, and a greater variety, such as yoghurt.
