I'm really critical when it comes to hotel cleanliness. This place was immaculate! Every single corner of our room was so clean. We had beautiful views. The hotel was quiet. Our baby had a comfortable crib to sleep in. There was a cute little comforter that came with it if you have an older toddler. Highly recommend

Such a beautiful location!! You might have some trouble finding Bolt drivers from or to the doorstep but it's so absolutely worth it because the rooms are lovely, the staff are amazing and so friendly, and the views are truly incredible. The breakfast (which is included) was so delicious. The hotel is located a few short minutes from a 434 stop to Pena Palace and just minutes from the National Palace of Sintra. Super convenient to downtown Sintra and not a bad walk to the train station if need be. Overall so lovely and I would absolutely go back.

This is a beautiful hotel with absolutely gorgeous views. The rooms and the bed are very comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent. The hotel floors and the bathroom walls are marble, and the fixtures are modern and new. Our only advice is to request a quiet room at the back. We stayed on the ground floor in the room next to the reception area, and there was a large group celebrating something (perhaps a wedding?), coming in every night around midnight and hanging out in the reception area. Each night we woke up and had difficulty falling back to sleep after everyone finally retired to their rooms.

Great locatiom near rhe National Palace. Rooms are modern and comfortable and have awesome views. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Front desk helped us book an early taxi and even provided kleenex for my stuffy nose on my return flight!

My sister and her husband stayed here for their 25th anniversary. I thought it would be a nice surprise to have something special sent to them during their stay. I spoke with a hotel rep via email over several days and they suggested a pastry platter. They were very helpful and kind. I was very excited to do this for them. Their stay came and went and I learned that the hotel never followed through on this!!! I’ve messaged them several times to find out what happened and no response. Very disappointed!!!

The accommodations were clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good with lots of fresh fruit and bread. Alexandra, the manager, was extremely helpful and a great source of guidance on how to get around town and where to eat.
