I would give more stars if I could. We loved our stay at Hotel Belair. We could walk from the main square to this beautiful hotel that seemed to float in the clouds over the bay of Naples. We took the stairs in the hotel because we loved seeing that each floor has it's own beautiful tile and art. The entire hotel staff was amazing, from the lovely people at the front desk, the restaurant staff (day and evening) and the bellman, to the housekeeping crew, they made our stay special. Calypso, the hotel restaurant, has a delicious breakfast buffet. We started every day here enjoying housemade pastries, coffees and savory choices while seated overlooking the water and being pampered by the staff. We had an unforgettable dinner here on our first night, ordering creative dishes our waiter recommended while we watched the setting sun paint the city gold and pink. A musician played soft music nearby. For our group, we had 2 double superior suites that were designed with spacious patios overlooking views of the water and Mount Vesuvious. The light-filled suites, had luxurious bedding and were decorated to enhance the feeling you were floating in a cloud. Many thanks to the hotel staff... we will be back to stay again!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Gabriella helped us with our booking and made arrangements for a fantastic boat trip. The food and service in Calypso was exceptional, with special mentions to Francesco, Lorenzo and Julia. We were very well looked after. Breakfast was great, lots of choice, lovely cappuccinos, perfect service. The hotel is very well positioned with stunning views, and walkable into town. The rooms were spacious and very well maintained during our stay. This was a ‘bucket list’ trip for my husband and I, we certainly made some incredible memories. Thank you to everyone in the Belair Team who helped make this holiday one to never forget.

Hotel Belair is quite possibly the friendliest hotel I have ever stayed in. We spent four wonderful nights here at the end of August as an end-of-summer family break, and from the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen somewhere special. The location is simply spectacular. Built into the cliff face overlooking the Gulf of Naples, every room enjoys breathtaking sea views, with Mount Vesuvius and Naples visible in the distance. The pool and pool bar were a huge hit with our adult daughters, who happily spent several hours there each day soaking up the sun and scenery. Breakfast on the terrace at the Calypso Restaurant was a highlight every morning. The combination of an excellent buffet and a made-to-order menu, all served against a stunning backdrop, made for the perfect start to the day. In the evenings, the Oblivion Bar became our favourite spot for a relaxing nightcap, offering a peaceful and elegant setting to unwind. While the facilities and views are outstanding, what truly sets Hotel Belair apart is its remarkable staff. Without exception, everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. Whether at reception, in the restaurant, around the pool, at the bar, or through housekeeping, we were always greeted with a smile and made to feel valued. It was the thoughtful personal touches that made the experience so special. Staff remembered our names, knew exactly how my daughter liked her breakfast waffles, and even remembered our preferred cocktail orders. These small gestures created a level of warmth and personal service that is increasingly rare. A particular highlight was a surprise sunset dinner cruise we arranged for a family birthday celebration on our final evening. The hotel handled every detail, from recommending different boat options to helping us create a bespoke menu that accommodated the varied dietary requirements of our family. Special thanks must go to Gabriella, who was incredibly patient, helpful and responsive throughout the planning process, even as we made several last-minute changes. The sunset dinner cruise they arranged turned out to be the highlight of an unforgettable trip and a memory our family will cherish for years to come. We had never visited Sorrento before, but thanks to the wonderful team at Hotel Belair, it is a destination we will always remember. We left with fantastic memories and every intention of returning.

Thank you, Belair Hotel, for making our stay so memorable. From the moment we arrived, we received the best possible service. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready to guide us whenever we needed assistance. They truly made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Whenever I visit Sorrento again, I will definitely come back to this lovely place. Highly recommended! ❤️

The stay at the bell Hair hotel in Sorrento was fabulous. The hotel is beautiful. Location is fantastic and the views are absolutely breathtaking. Her rooms was comfortable, clean and beautifully maintained love being able to enjoy the stunning views of the sea. We would highly recommend the Bel-Air hotel to anyone visiting Sorrento. The staff, the food service was more than I imagined. Would definitely recommend.|They treated you like you were a family

This place was magnificent. My wife and I are picky, detail oriented, and don’t miss a thing. The rooms are spotless. I dare you to find one piece of dirt anywhere… you can’t. The staff was amazing and helpful. The beach club was a fantastic experience as well. The general manager took time to tell stories, greet us, and make us feel welcome. At any hotel you expect the food to be decent. This was beyond that. Dinner on the terrace was amazing each night. My wife loved the breakfast spread each morning. Shocking this place only has 4.3 stars. I’ve been to much more expensive places and been underwhelmed. They are delivering fantastic value here. We will be telling all our friends and family to come here!

Just spent a few days here and it was absolutely amazing! The view is breathtaking. All the staff were super nice. It's an easy 15 minute walk to downtown Sorrento that has a lot of cute shops and restaurants. Clean and comfortable rooms too. We will definitely be booking again!
