The apartment was very comfortable with a great view of Sorrento. Internet was stable and fast, and my room was going to look like my mother herself cleaned it every day, whether I liked it or not. There is a great restaurant downstairs and a short walk to another cheaper, really good one. This place is not in the middle of the action, which for me was a good thing. Unless you have legs of steel, best to get a scooter or electric bike as the property is quite up hill from downtown. Overall awesome place to anchor during your visit in the area. Thank you!

We stayed here the last weekend in August 2022 and would highly recommend these apartments. They were spotless and had great amenities including a coffee machine which was restocked daily. They also provided a small breakfast every morning which was great for us as we were up about early most days. Our apartment was very spacious and had a lovely shower, comfy bed and great air on. The apartments are within walking distance (10 mins) to the centre of Sorrento and close to the train and bus station for trips to other areas. We would also recommend the restaurant next door, where we probably had our best meal during our stay.

Lovely place! definitely recommend if staying in Sorrento. Lots of restaurants near by, close to the train/bus station and markets. The host is kind and considerate. The rooms are clean and provided with snacks. Would definitely go here again (also amazing view from the balcony)!

We had a lovely stay with Maison Serena Sorrento. It was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The space had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

The room was clean and well-maintained, and the cleaning lady did a great job. However, I was not satisfied with the service from the owner. We had discussed our arrival time a bit through the booking platform, but they didn’t read or respond to our messages for two days. One day before the check in, I tried reaching out via WhatsApp using the number provided on the platform, and thankfully, it worked. Only after I added them did they reply with check-in instructions and the room password. I also requested additional hangers and Q-tips, which they assured me they would provide, but they never did.The location is situated on a hillside, making it difficult to call an Uber or taxi. It’s easy to climb without luggage, but I strongly recommend arranging transportation in advance if you have heavy luggage.

Amazing accomodation, that we enjoyed during our honeymoon in Italy. The owner is very very helpful, he/she sent all the Information on whatsapp before our arrival, including bus program. The best thing is that you can make The check in on your own, because The rooms have acces codes that The owner provides. We stayed in the room Rubino, whith a great view over Sorrento (small balcony) The rooms were cleaned daily, and also we had daily refill of sweets and Coffee (really appreciated it)

Clean and colourful hotel room, with a lovely view outside your window or from the balcony upstairs overlooking Sorrento and the sea. An uphill walk towards the hotel and it takes about 12-15 minutes to get to Sorrento's main center by walking which wasn't too bad. Easy check in and very easy to communicate with the owner through Whatsapp.

Great bathroom, comfy bed, spacious room with a lovely city view. The staff was so nice and helpful, she introduced the local food, attractions and transportation to us patiently. Clean and perfect!
