Excellent hotel, a comfortable 15 minute walk to and from Sydney Airport’s domestic terminals. We stayed for two nights recently and found the rooms to be a good size, modern and comfortable. Mobius Bar and Grill is the in-house restaurant at the hotel, and we were warmly welcomed on each occasion that we dined there. The atmosphere is somewhat business like and very pleasant at the same time. The food was excellent, and the staff were all exceptional. A special thank you to the chef who went above and beyond to handle our dietary requirements without compromising our meals. Thank you also to Matt, Amrit, Juhi, Yoga, Matilda and Michael for making our stay as special as it was. Highly recommended.

Not a 5 star Hotel by international standards. Stayed 8 days for business. Air conditioning in some rooms just doesn’t work and the staff know this, but pretend it’s just a one off occurrence. All I wanted was a quiet, clean, cool room and I got the complete opposite. Rooms hot and stuffy and wouldn’t cool down below 24 degrees on days when it was hot and sunny outside. I had to change rooms three times 1203,1110 and finally 1113 just to get one where the air conditioning actually blew out cold air. 1203 was under the air conditioning units on the roof and the vibrations from these filtered into the room giving a mechanical whirring noise. I ended up needing to have a portable fan just to get air circulating. The lobby area however was always nice and cool so maybe all the hotels cold air just went into there? Rooms themselves nice and clean but design is rubbish. Sliding door for privacy either using the toilet or shower but not both . Wardrobe is in a glass cabinet and there is only one drawer in the whole room. Rooms facing the road are noisy from the traffic below. I gave up asking to move rooms as it seemed beyond them to give me one that was both quiet and had air conditioning that worked. Breakfast good but not worth walk in price, get it included in room. Presentation of breakfast poor with lots of items stacked in an old vertical sandwich shop open fridge unit rather than on display. There isn’t an executive lounge for separate breakfast or evening drinks and canapés , it’s all in the single lobby restaurant. That being said the food quality was very good and the onsite chefs were great it was the restaurant design and set up that let it all down. On each floor as you come out of the elevator they have a Covid era dettol hand cleanser stand but none of them actually have any sanitiser in them. Location is good for airport or getting into town using train which is 10mins walk away. Loads of great Asian restaurants near station. Staff are fantastic , very kind, pleasant and welcoming and beds are comfy with nice crisp sheets . Housekeeping were fantastic keeping room nice and clean. Showers really good and powerful and coffee machine in room also good with 4 nespresso pods (milk is in fridge) In summary if it’s not a hot summers day, you get a room where the a/c works and your only staying a few nights then this hotel would be a great option otherwise I would avoid.

Recently stayed here for work and was impressed with the room comfort and cleanliness. The staff were very helpful, nicely presented and polite. Meals and catering were also fantastic. We also ran a corporate workshop event and the event manager Leigh had everything in hand the day flowed smoothly and also made adjustments where required last minute so very agile. Our group overall were impressed with the hotel. Will definitely be happy to stay here again!

The Pullman is one of those hotels that you can tell was probably really impressive when it first opened, but it's not quite keeping up with itself anymore. Still comfortable and functional, but it's definitely seen better days. The rooms are the highlight — genuinely solid. Good size, well appointed, comfortable bed. No issues there at all and the staff throughout the hotel were lovely. Helpful, friendly, easy to deal with. Where it falls down a bit is the bar and restaurant. The atmosphere feels a little tired and dated, like it hasn't had much love in a while. Service was on the slower side and not particularly attentive — not rude, just a bit flat. Ended up heading elsewhere for dinner which, being an airport hotel, means an Uber — so worth keeping in mind. You get the sense the Pullman is coasting a little on its name. A proper refresh of the food and beverage offering would go a long way. As it stands it's a decent enough option if you need to be near the airport and want a reliable room, just don't go in expecting a lot from the dining side of things.

Great room, but the details need attention. Arrival was fine, although reception was often understaffed and there’s no self-check-in. The room itself was excellent — spacious, great layout, fun colourful cups and lovely quality tea. Complimentary water was a nice touch, although surprisingly no coffee pod machine for a Corner King. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. There was a long wait, a rather confusing handwritten breakfast-card system, and the food offering feels almost unchanged from 1–2 years ago — very standard and lacking imagination. The coffee was excellent and the chefs were working hard on eggs and omelettes. The real oddity is the "breakfast/toaster setup by the lifts" tables covered with black tablecloths, looking more like temporary conference storage than part of a high-end hotel. A permanent, modern serving area or discreet screen would make a huge difference. The fruit/chia station is also messy and awkwardly designed. The bar is now filled with overflow dinner tables, so there’s little atmosphere or welcoming communal space. Signage to the gym/Club Lounge also needs improvement — one sticky-taped sign pointing to reception doesn’t quite cut it! The positives: housekeeping was outstanding — the room was immaculate and amenities were excellent. The airport walking access is fantastic, too. Overall, a good hotel with a great room and excellent housekeeping, but it needs some attention to the small details. Right now, some areas feel like someone said, That’ll do when they really needed one more finishing touch.

We stayed over one night while travelling internationally with two kids under 4. We were very impressed with the staff. They were helpful & friendly. We dealt with Jose a few times who was great at his job. The room was lovely and the bar/cafe had nice options too.

I was very impressed with my recent stay at Pullman Sydney Airport. I called the hotel prior to my arrival to request information on whether my room would be ready for an early arrival. The hotel asked me if I required a bath in the room, and I said this was not necessary, I was then told my room would be ready within approximately 30 minutes, which was very much appreciated. I also really enjoyed my meal in the Restaurant for dinner, I had the rump steak with chips and salad and it was excellent, the chips were great, the steak was perfectly cooked and full of flavour. I will certainly have that dish again when I stay at the Hotel again in September 2026. I also am very impressed with the Executive Lounge of this hotel. A wonderful addition to the hotel for Platinum Accor ALL Members. It really adds to the luxurious level of the hotel overall. Congratulations to the entire team at the hotel for your dedication to service and attention to detail.

Great location staff very friendly and good service especially Duke and Ayshun in the restaurant and bar. The only critique would be the lady at reception asking us to put a 1 cent on our credit card for incidentals !! No you have to ! Luckily another man came and said we could use cash for that . You should always offer that option .
