Divine and breathtaking describes this hotel. We’re here as a family of 4. Everything is exceptional and perfect. Gorgeous beautiful setting and location with the most friendly staff and very pleasing attire. We booked standard rooms and they exceed what I expected! Everything is incredible. They will accommodate anything and requests are met with a smile and a yes each time. How they were able to maintain a beautiful older hotel to be modernized but keep the feel of Sicily and toarmina is noticed! Excellent for all types of families with kids and couples and groups. And if anyone is wondering. The AC works really well in the rooms and the showers and water are excellent. Amenities are hempcare which is a new brand for me but smell delicious and work well. Thank you for our wonderful stay. We will be sad to leave. ( we also enjoy many 5 stars around the world and this is at the top of our list) if traveling around Sicily. Definitely end here .

The room had everything we needed and more. We really appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including the sandals, beach bags, beach chairs, and Evian facial spray. I especially loved the hand fan they prepared for us—it was such a thoughtful and charming touch. Every detail made our stay feel comfortable and well cared for. |We checked in with Julia, and she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. She kindly upgraded my room and personally walked us to the room, taking the time to introduce us to everything and explain all the details we needed to know. Her thoughtful service and warm hospitality made our arrival especially pleasant. We truly appreciate her excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Me and my boyfriend went in 2026 and it was one of the best hotels and service we have come across. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed super warmly. The staff are absolutely amazing and accommodated every request! We even got a free room upgrade (as the one we got was not like in the pictures). But they upgraded us to one of the best rooms in the hotel with the most amazing view. 10/10 would highly recommend and would love to go back just for the staff alone! The food and breakfast was also amazing!

It was very beautiful hotel with nice staffs! And dinner and breakfast in the hotel was delicious! Highly recommend to visit Atlantis bay !!!! But gym was a bit small and we were a bit disappointed that sauna was only for wellness user ...But we would love to come back next time ! We love taormina!

Atlantis Bay in Mazzarò was truly amazing, and we would highly recommend it. The hotel has, in my opinion, one of the nicest bay and beach areas in all of Taormina, with beautiful views and a very relaxing atmosphere. After a very long day and a long trip , Sonia made sure our room was ready on time and that everything was perfectly arranged for us. She personally made sure we were welcomed, assisted, and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Throughout our stay, she continued to check that everything was perfect, which made a huge difference to our experience. The staff were incredible throughout our stay. Julie, concierge service was beyond amazing and truly five-star. they helped us with restaurant reservations, excellent recommendations, excursions, and even our Mount Etna experience. Every person they recommended was informative, professional, and reliable. Honestly, if there were a word better than excellent, I would use it for the staff across the board. From housekeeping to the restaurant and breakfast team, everyone was kind, professional, and attentive. If anything was missing or needed attention, the staff handled it quickly and with care. We had a wonderful and very comfortable stay at Atlantis Bay. It is a beautiful hotel with outstanding service, and we would definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

Our stay here was just magical. The room was stunning and absolutely immaculate. The shampoo, conditioner, and bath products were fantastic and such a nice touch. Waking up to that view every morning felt like something out of a picture. It was honestly such a blessing. The beach was beautiful with lots of water activities, and the loungers were so comfortable that we could have spent the whole day there. The location was perfect too just a short walk to the cable car, making it so easy to head into Taormina in the evenings for dinner and a stroll. Every staff member we met was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. If I could come back here every single year, I absolutely would. It was one of those places we’ll never forget.

This resort is absolutely stunning. It captures Italian coastal charm while maintaining luxury standards. We loved the sea access and sun beds. The outdoor seaside restaurant, Flame, was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. The resort is also a short 5-10 min walk to the Funivia and a few local stores and restaurants. 2 minor “knocks”: |1) the fitness center cannot be access until the spa opens at 10am, which is inconvenient if you’re someone who likes to workout early in the morning. |2) The prices for beer (10-16 euros per bottle) and cocktails (€20+) is a bit extreme. However, there is decent value in some of the local Sicilian wines by the bottle. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend the resort to anyone looking for a luxury stay in Taormina.

What an amazing visit! First trip to Taormina that will be etched in our minds based on incredible service delivered by the staff members.|I have traveled a lot and never experienced such coordinated comfort and service…the staff here are amazing. Admittedly price point is high it is worth every penny and counting days til I return. From housekeeping, to wait staff, to concierge and front desk…not one step missed!|The breakfast will bowl you over…think there are elves working in back room to prepare. We had the opportunity to have dinner at Flames one night which was amazing.| Not to be missed.
