We loved our stay at NH collection in Taormina. My family of 5 loved our beautiful room. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Everyone at the front desk helped so much while we were there and helped us plan so much even prior to arriving. Monica in catering was so sweet to my children, we loved her! And Giovanni at the front desk was fabulous! Perfect hotel and great location.

We stayed for 6 nights at the NH Collection Taorimna for a wedding. It was an excellent location for getting around Corso Umberto, the bay beaches and the wedding events. Emanuela from guest related me plan before our arrival rides, excursions and getting my hair done for the wedding. She was fantastic! The front desk staff is so welcoming, the pool is so relaxing and beautiful, the gym was clean and had all essentials, fusion spa was amazing. Had a wonderful massage. The daily complimentary breakfast was so extensive and you could also order hot fresh items, the room is beautiful and staff is very attentive. The rooftop restaurant was amazing. We had a gorgeous view of the bay and coast, food was delicious and impressive presentation. Highly recommend going. I have to make a VERY special shout out to Monica on the waitstaff. She truly took care of us from the amazing rooftop dinner experience, to our daily breakfast experiences. I don’t recall others names but everyone at NH understands true warm hospitality! The welcome Prosecco and departing blown glass gift was just over the top. Thanks NH to making me feel like a princess leaving for the wedding. All the nice compliments made my day.

Last week I was passing by in front of NH Collection Taormina and saw the SPA sign. I walked in and as the spa was still closed the front desk staff was amazing. A smiling receptionist asked to leave my telephone number and said the spa manager would contact me. They did write to me within 10 minutes and I had the best spa day I could imagine. The location was beautiful: Sauna, steam room, jacuzzi with a GREAT view of roofs and sea. The spa staff was excellent. I added a massage for my back and Laura’s hands were perfect. Thank you all. Do recommend for sure!

I recently stayed at the NH Collection hotel in Taormina with my son. The hotel was in a central location and had a beautiful outdoor pool for cooling off in after a day exploring. The staff were all so friendly, and provided excellent advice about possible trips available in the surrounding area. On our first night at the hotel, we ate at the rooftop terrace restaurant and enjoyed it so much that we returned to eat there on our final night. The food and drink served were delicious, and made even better as they were accompanied by a breathtaking view over the city. It seems that fantastic food is a reoccurring theme of the hotel, as the breakfast could not be faulted and sets you up for your day brilliantly. Thank you to everyone at the NH Collection hotel Taormina for truly making our stay very memorable.

Daniele was amazing from the beginning of the stay until we left. Very friendly and always caring about his guests. Made us feel very welcome and always had a great smile on his face. Enjoyed speaking with him and practicing my Sicilian dialect. Definitely what made NH stand out. Even give us a bag of beach towels to take with us to Isola Bella

We celebrated our 40th Wedding Anniversary while staying here in this Beautiful Hotel! The hospitality by Monica, Giovanni and Lorenzo were IMPECCABLE to say the least! Monica was the Heart of our stay! She greeted us with a chilled bottle of Prosecco and catered to us every chance she could! She was absolutely amazing! On our last day, which happened to be our actual Anniversary Date, she had the Pastry Chef make us a delicious personalized dessert surrounded by a heart!♥️ Giovanni and Lorenzo who worked the Front Desk were not only extremely Professional but felt like you were talking to a long time friend! Amazing! If you plan on coming to Taormina, don’t hesitate to stay here at NH Collection! You won’t be disappointed! Tell them Salvatore and Maria sent you!! 😉

We are super impressed with our stay at NH Collection Taormina! Everything was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Special thanks to Clarissa, Gabriele, and the always smiling Angelo, who welcomed us and said goodbye with so much warmth and kindness. The room was wonderful, the service was truly top-level, and every detail was perfect. We felt incredibly well taken care of throughout our stay. Everything was perfect! The staff at this hotel are exceptional! Monica who works at the restaurant & pool bar was so friendly & provided excellent service! Lorenzo & Giovanni were so helpful at front desk & made our stay in Taormina so easy. As well as Emmanuela from Guest Services who booked a lot of places for us. My girlfriend left her ring in the room & Lorenzo was kind enough to let me know when we had already reached Catania. He provided details of how we can get it back. Exceptional customer service! Excellent hotel to stay in Taormina with the best staff!
