Used points to book this hotel for the first part of our trip as we needed two rooms for our family. We had club access which was an incredible perk since there is nothing around this hotel to eat that is walkable. We were able to eat breakfast and dinner with the club access. The rooms and the hotel were nice! Loved the pajamas they provided. Also, they have shuttles running daily to Disney or the train station which was convenient. We did take the shuttle they offered to Asakusa which was a great option to get to the area quickly instead of taking the trains. Since this hotel is so far from things we had to get a taxi a few times which costed a lot of money. Just know this ain’t a great base to see all of Tokyo because you will spend an hour or more one way to go places. We did visit disney sea and teamlabs from here which worked out great since they are both close. The staff were amazing and the service top tier from housekeeping to the shuttle drivers. If you’re fine making a trek everyday and wanted use hyatt points it might be worth it just gotta plan accordingly.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel near Disney. The bed was very comfortable — even the sofa bed was great! The room was clean, spacious, and very nice overall. The bathroom was huge, which made everything even more comfortable, especially when traveling with family. The staff were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. They offer a free shuttle bus to Disney, which is very convenient, though it can get quite packed near the park’s opening hours. We accidentally left our headphones behind and only realized it a week later. We were so grateful that they had kept them safely and immediately arranged to post them back to us once we inquired. Truly appreciated their honesty and efficiency. Thank you so much for the wonderful service — we would definitely stay here again! 😊

I cannot recommend The Hyatt Regency ant Tokyo Bay enough. This is a wonderful location with great access to Tokyo DisneyLand and Sea. We had multiple rooms on this reservation arriving at varying times. The hotel staff were fantastic at getting everyone checked in and placing us close together. We also were traveling with an infant. They had our room all ready with a crib (including bedding) and diaper pail when we arrived. All of which were much appreciated after a long travel day. Every employee we encountered from check-in, room service, restaurant, shuttle buses, and house keeping were very helpful, accommodating, and friendly. The food from room service and restaurant were wonderful and had many options for all food restrictions.

This hotel is very new! The cleanliness is excellent and it’s so comfortable! The rooms are spacious! Everything is great! ! It’s a bit far from the train station, but it’s still very convenient to call Uber or taxi. We will definitely come back! If we come to this area again for concerts or Disneyland, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

We arrived and were greeted by Bisu and other staff. Check in process was easy, they took our bags and delivered to our room quickly. Bisu was very helpful our entire stay. He directed us to local food stops, helped to get us on the shuttles to Disney and the train station. Very friendly!!! We enjoyed talking with him about local culture as well as learning bit about his family. Bisu made our stay the best!

We choose this hotel as the last night of our trip after attending the Disneyland parks. There was a very convenient shuttle that picked us up from the Disneyland parks, the front desk staff were very welcoming and accommodating. They bell staff quickly gathered our luggage and helped deliver it to our room. The shuttle also has a stop at a nearby mall and train station, in the case you are not visiting the parks. I would stay here again, it was convenient and the level of service we received from staff was top notch. The next day we headed out to the airport and it is a stop from the Airport transport service, so there is no need to travel to another location to catch the bus to the airport.

The hotel is very nice and not too far from Disneyland. They have a shuttle that takes you to Disneyland and picks you up to return to the hotel. It also goes to Disney Sea but we didn't visit that park. I really liked that when we got back to our room exhausted from the park, all our luggage were in our room since we couldn't check in when we arrived. They even brought our luggage that we had sent to this hotel. The hotel does have limited options for restaurants, food, and other convenience items. They have a small area to buy things. When we did arrive back, all the restaurants stop serving food at 9:00 pm so we went next door to the convenience store to get something to eat, so that is good. The hotel is very clean, and the room was great with plenty of space. It was only two of us but we each had our own bed plus there was a coach by the window with a table. Again, loved the room. However, we stayed in room 240 and our view was the roof of the entry. I'm sure the rooms higher up don't have that. If I was staying longer, I would've switch rooms, but it was only one night. I also don't know if they gave me that room as I used points to reserve it and didn't pay. That is one reason for the 4 starts, along with limited options for food, and I felt the staff when checking in could be more friendly. I wasn't even recognized as member.

Location is good for Disney, given the shuttle bus, but little else. There is a nice park across the road. Rooms were as expected for the class of hotel. The food was terrible. Probably the worst breakfast I've had in a hotel in Japan, far too busy to the point there was a cue outside the restaurant in the morning of at least 40 people. And when you got in there was no way to get eggs or omelette if you were prepared to wait 15-20mins. The rest of the food was nothing special and subpar. We also paid for the lounge, where you can have drinks and food in the evening as part of the package. But it totally wasn't worth it. First it was very busy and we had to wait for a table, so clearly over capacity due to poor management. Next the food was terrible. At one point we tried the corn soup and it was burnt. We thought we were being overly sensitive but then another guest complained and they changed it for some other soup we weren't brave enough to try. The deserts were terrible and the wine was just never well stock enough to enjoy (though to be honest this was probably due to a couple near us having more than their fair share, but still the staff should be more aware). To top it off the staff did a terrible job of cleaning up the tables so we were just surrounded by half eaten food we never ate because it wasn't good.
