Reception staff need improvement. Check in process was long, waiting for the girl to key in information took more than 15mins.The reception young guy is always on telephone, once waited more than 15mins to ask some questions. The location is good, walking distance to all the attractions. If took a bus from Madrid, be prepared to walk uphill, those with big luggage better to grap a taxi. Bus stop about few mins walk, but up and down hill.

It's situated on walking distance from the train- and bus-station, near the foot of the citadel. |You can easily get up there walking, or even take the nearby escalator. Also worth mentioning are the nearby Roman ruins in the park on the west (Circo Romano).|A supermarket is at the back of the hostel, but I have not been in. The hostel itself is quite new, playfully decorated, and well equipped. |The bunks can be closed by curtains which work well.|There are bathrooms at the dormitories, and also centrally.|There is a nice kitchen at a large room to eat or relax.|There are no meals, but the old town is nearby. Staff was helpful, for instance for storing luggage. Certainly recommended.

Wonder hostel is truly wonderful. We arrived really late and they sent out clear instructions about how we can self check in. This was our first hostel stay and I was a bit skeptical to be honest but it was really great. Room was sparkling clean, parking in front is easy, you just need to install telpark app to pay for it if you are planning to stay after 10 am. We stayed in the family room with our 3 kids and had a private bathroom. Everything was great!

Great location just 5 minutes walk to the gate of the old town. Super helpful staff with plenty of sightseeing and dining tips. Has toilets and showers in the room as well as in common area. Would definitely stay there again if I visit Toledo.
