Arguably the best hotel that I've stayed in on my Argentina trip. We are a family of four, and this was a dream location. The kids had their own room and bathroom. We had our own room and bathroom. The kitchen and living area were super spacious. The cleanliness of the place was great, and the location was fantastic. I really cannot say a single negative or even average thing about this place. It was phenomenal. Highly recommend.

The best hotel in our entire South America trip! The apartment was clean and spacious. The staff were warm and helpful. It was a short walking distance to the restaurants, convenience store, shopping street and the cruise terminal/port with a lovely promenade and wonderful scenery of the snow-capped mountains. We would have loved to stay here a bit longer. Their breakfast buffet spread was extensive and delicious.

Excellent location with stunning views of the Beagle Channel and easy access to the city center. The suites are spacious, clean, and well equipped, making it feel more like a small apartment than a hotel room. The spa and pool are a great bonus after a long day exploring. What impressed me most was the staff: very capable and genuinely professional. They handled an operator’s mistake with exceptional efficiency and courtesy, resolving everything quickly and without fuss. A well-run place that delivers both comfort and reliability.

I stayed here for a night prior to boarding an expedition to Antarctica. They had a luggage storage area so I could leave my things and explore Ushuaia until my room was ready. My room was large and comfortable and had a nice deck with a view of the mountains and harbor. I even watched (and heard) Taps being played at the naval base across the street as they lowered the flag in the evening. Breakfast was good. I would stay there again.

An overnight stop before cruise - enjoyed this hotel: quiet (no honking horns, revving moto delivery bikes, idling diesel tour buses outside) - yay, windows that open! Appreciated the space to spread out and relax after long flights. Room 310 is a corner room with mountain and cityside views - see photo. Convenient location, walk to all the tourist sites. Straight forward checkin, pleasant staff, spotless room, decent breakfast. Partner used the pool/spa and was satisfied. Would stay here again if returning to Ushuia.

A modern apartment hotel, with gym, pool and spa. Very helpful and attentive staff and a friendly welcome, thank you! Interior decor tasteful and everywhere was immaculately clean and tidy. I had a large kitchen/ lounge/ diner, spacious double bedroom with storage and separate bathroom ( with both bath and shower). Lifts to all floors. Personally, I found breakfast to be very good; juice, fruit, cereal, pastries and cakes, eggs were excellent too. Views of city and Andes to one side, and the port and channel to the other. Ushuaia is a most interesting city; we will plan a longer visit next year. Delightful
