A gorgeous property twenty steps from Beagle Channel. The roomS are very nice with big windows - the two rooms we stayed in had magnificent views. Staff was friendy ( particularly Santiago). Taxi (Uber) to the city center was around six dollars. The restaurant had good food and a fantastic view. We ate there very often. Hotels in the city might be more vibrant (noisy) and convenient, but this way a very pleasant place to be marooned.

My husband and I stayed 4 nights with you about three weeks ago and enjoyed every minute. A stunning location on the Beagle Channel, excellent dining with a view to match, clean and comfortable rooms, and congenial staff. Our waitress, Celia I believe, was very sweet.

Beautiful location on the Beagle Channel in Ushuaia. Awesome views of the channel and the peaks of the Andes. Rooms are nice. Front desk service is friendly and helpful. Location, location, location!!!

Although the hotel isn’t in downtown the nature next to it made it so much worth it. Some of these pics were taken right next to the hotel. They have shuttle service, a van that pick you up from the hotel to downtown at 9am, 2pm and at night (i don’t remember rn, but i think it was 9pm), and they can also pick you up from downtown to the hotel. It’s free. We used it once. The rooms are well cleaned and have a good amount of space. The only issue we had here was the wifi… unfortunately it was slow. We had dinner here every night. One night I ordered fraldinha meat and it was delicious!!! I didn’t like the pasta too much, nor the pizza.

A nice location, on the seashore, just to the west of town. Wonderful views across the Beagle Channel. The rooms are a good size, but not particularly luxurious. The restaurant, at the end of the building, has great views. The food however, was not so great. Breakfast was pretty minimal, in choice and quantity. Dinner offered unexciting choices, which were very indifferently prepared. If you've got the option, go into town for something better.

Cannot speak on the hotel itself, we only came here for dinner one evening. Great location and very nice view. The service at dinner was extremely slow and not attentive. They did not seem interested in serving us at all, we had to call over the waitress multiple times during the meal after waiting a long time for service. Once the food finally arrived it was not cooked properly (over cooked tenderloin) and the items ordered did not arrive timely so half the meal was cold and half warm. I would not recommend this restaurant to those seeking a nice dining experience, there are plenty of other places in town that have great service and better food.
