Nice hotel with a great buffet breakfast, offering a wide variety of breads and options for most guests. However, as someone with celiac disease, I was disappointed with the gluten-free alternative. After requesting it, I was only provided with a few very dry pieces of bread and a couple of cookies. I appreciate the effort, but given the variety available in the regular buffet, there’s definitely room for improvement to make gluten-free guests feel equally considered.

If I had to rate this hotel on a scale of 0–5, I’d give it a 3.5 at best. I wouldn’t strongly recommend it. The customer service was mediocre at best—I honestly felt like I was in Italy (if you’ve been, you’ll understand), having to ask repeatedly for help just to get a simple cup of water at the breakfast area. The spa itself is nice, but the “deep tissue massage” was not truly deep at all. The hotel interior also needs some updates. While the view is beautiful, a bit of attention to maintenance and overall care would make a big difference. On our last night, the AC unit started leaking water. We called maintenance and were told it was fixed, but when we returned, it began leaking again—this time even worse. By that point, we were exhausted and frustrated with the staff, so we ended up leaving before checkout.

I stayed at this hotel with my girlfriend, we had the suite with the outdoor bathtub. Arriving at the hotel was smooth, the hotel offers valet parking, which means that staff parked the car during busy times for us. The check-in was smooth and fast. The room itself was gorgeous, the bed comfortable, the room simply decorated but nice, the bathroom was clean and beautiful too. The view was breathtaking and the sound of the ocean was calming. The ability to open the windows fully make the experience even nicer, watching the ocean and sky during every time period of the day was a wonderful experience. The outdoor bathtub was a wonderful feature too. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has two pools, one indoor and one outdoor pool on the rooftop. Another small outdoor jacuzzi existed too. The indoor pool was nice, good to use and open til late. The outdoor pool though was disappointing, the picture are deceiving and make the pool look way bigger than it actually is. Getting there is also difficult and for people with mobility issues nearly impossible and even dangerous. The outdoor pool is not well taken care off, also it was ice cold which made it impossible to use despite the beautiful weather. It was absolutely disappointing, if it was heated and clean it would be a real asset. The jacuzzi looked amazing though we didn’t get to use it. The hotel bar was a nice place to relax.. though if they have live music, it ended up being way too loud and impossible to stay in the bar itself if you want to have conversations. The breakfast had everything to offer, the restaurant at later times during the time was great and always well visited. To sum it up: our stay was flawless and wonderful, we would love to come back anytime. The only bummer was the outdoor pool on the rooftop because it felt deceiving.

Amazing location, right on the shore with the surf below. Good sized room and bathroom. The pools were weird. The top deck pool was cold, 72 degrees F and the basement pool was too warm: 93 degrees F. Would be nice to have one of them at a comfy 83 degrees F.

This was amazing. We booked it as a last minute stay for one night mid-week. The staff was over the top in each and every way. We mainly went for getting a massage and wow. The hotel is literally over the ocean. Every view was amazing. Free breakfast buffet in the morning was awesome.not like a crappy holiday in. Fresh fruit and bread. And the price was awesome. For a massage and room for the night and a very nice dinner I think in total we only spent maybe $450 and that includes the big tip I left for staff. Must go must go must go! Shout out to the GM David super cool guy. Front desk agent Martinez. the two ladies who did the massage. And our server Gregory ! and kitchen staff who stayed open late for literally just me and my wife. One of the most beautiful experiences I've had in Chile

This could easily be a four star hotel. It has an unforgettable setting right on the ocean, and the facilities are quite good. Pool and hot tub on the roof are pretty neat. We had too many things go wrong to give it any higher rating. We were there for three nights and had to change rooms after the first night because the A/C wasn't working in our room and the shower drain was stopped up and flooded the floor. We called for maintenance on the A/C, and the engineer came up but wasn't equipped to fix it. The A/C was marginally better in the 2nd room but still not what we consider adequate. The water was turned off during our 2nd night; no notice was given that the water was off. The scrambled eggs on the breakfast buffet were runny and the food wasn't replenished adequately. We'll look for other options if we vist the area again.

Great location great Hotel. Right on the ocean it fells you are in it.service was very good. Super clean. And rooftop is incredible.

I was not given a map of the zone upon my arrival at 10 AM, which would have been extremely convenient since I did not get my room until 4 PM and had time to fill. It would have been helpful to know what options were available in the area. The gym had only one functioning piece of cardio equipment. My shower was also left with soap residue after cleaning. Ironically, my “Do Not Disturb” sign was not respected twice, and housekeeping entered and cleaned the room, only to leave the same residue in the shower. On the positive side, the staff was very nice and attentive, and the property itself is gorgeous.
