Comfortable, quiet and enjoyable stay at éL Hotel Malioboro. The road outside the hotel is absolute chaos, but as soon as you step off this and approach the lobby area things quieten down a lot. Staff were great. Welcome drinks are self-serve. Check-in handled quickly for our group, but only 1 key card provided, so needed to ask for a 2nd in order to charge devices (key card test - Failed). Rooms large, spacious, clean & comfortable. Quite quiet too. There was a lack of any USB sockets near the bed and at all. It would be useful if lighting could be more adjustable for guests - i.e. ambient options and settings for individual lights rather than all or nothing. I wanted to use the soft LED lighting around the bed only but wasn't able to. Unfortunately, didn't get a chance to explore and try the pool or any other facilities. Good stay all in all.

This hotel is off the main Malioboro street and is really convenient in terms of food, transport and shopping. The hotel is clean and service was really good. On our last night, we were gifted a little dessert as well. There breakfast has a good spread and famous dishes from Jogjakarta food was always there for your to try and see whether you'd like them or not. We really enjoyed our breakfast. Didn't have time to use the pool or gym (gym was not really equipped well), but we did use the spa for a massage. I would definitely stay here again shoudl I return for the convenience of where the hotel is (nearby with all the convenient stores).

When I was return home then traveling for healing I choose this hotel because only this hotel has indoor swimming pool and kid friendly. To be honest in the bathroom the shower 🚿 kits cannot be adjusted so the position while bathing is hard especially there is kid. It non smoking room and quiet room has balcony but can’t open. I like the variation of breakfast menu and the staff so helpful .

i spent my holiday at el hotel yogyakarta with my friends. we swam and had a meal together. i think the swimming pool was clean and spacious, so we could swim comfortably. the pool is indoors, so we didn’t have to worry about the hot sun. the food portions were big, and everything was delicious. my favorite was the el gelato. the hotel is in a strategic location, so i recommend it to tourists or visitors who want to explore the malioboro area.

Hotel ini berada di lokasi terbaik Malioboro-Yogyakarta. And mark my words, this is the best hotel that you can ever stay at. The staff are awesome and they go out of their way to make your stay perfect. The rooms are modern, and all so comfortable. The breakfast buffet is good. It's a great way to start the day!

What can I say? El Hotel Malioboro left a very positive impression on me and I can highly recommend it. I came with my wife for my first time in Yogya and the location is right in the heart of Malioboro. I couldn’t believe the hotel restaurant operated 24/7. The food quality was very good and affordable although I felt the breakfast buffet wasn’t great value, better to order À la carte. The swimming pool was clean, big and undercover. Goggles were provided upon request to borrow. The rooms were spacious. AC, wifi worked perfectly. Hospitality from all the hotel staff was 10/10. One of the best 4-star hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

The room was very nice, comfortable, spacious, and fragrant. The food provided was delicious and varied. I also tried the swimming pool, which was very spacious and comfortable to swim in anytime because it's indoor. However, the gym area is a bit small, and I might suggest renovating it to make it more spacious and modern.

Came here for vacation Service: excellent Location: excellent Rooms: ok (hotel only provides 1 keycard, would be great if the hotel provides 2 key card per room). The food taste and variety of the breakfast is top notch 👍🏼
