Really enjoyed my stay at Grand Mercure Yogyakarta. The place has a more upscale, elegant feel to it compared to other hotels in the area, and it shows in the little details. Staff were attentive and friendly throughout the stay. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, nothing felt cramped. Facilities were also solid, definitely a good pick if you want something a bit more premium during your stay in Yogyakarta.

Communication before arrival was excellent and very helpful. My status was well recognized. The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was good, and the room was excellent. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. The restaurant staff provided exceptional service throughout my stay, especially Dea. Her professionalism and friendliness truly made a positive impression.

Great experience. Although there’s a mistake made by third party OTA, Grand Mercure allowed me to stay as per our booking. Foods are delicious with various options for breakfast. The location is strategic, near to many local attractions but not crowded.

I had an issue with my room, but the on-duty manager handled it very well and with great poise. They provided a quick and effective solution, showing clear leadership and decisiveness. Thanks to their prompt action we were able to spend the night comfortably and peacefully. The room itself was fine and well soundproofed. Overall, excellent problem resolution and a restful stay.

A great place to stay in Yogyakarta, nice room, strategic location. They improved well to maintain good quality. The rooms are unique with splash of iconic Mercure's purple shade. Once you enter the lobby you can smell nice traditional aromatic fragrance through out their corridors.

At first my stay did not start well with the hotel. The room which was assigned was sadly not in a good condition and dirty. But as soon as I have sent the complaint to the duty manager, they apologized and immediately assigned me a very clean and spacious room. In the next days, the room was always cleaned and taken care well and it was spotless. The waiters in the lobby bar are really nice, kind and helpful. Breakfast is ok, the variety can be better and filled up faster when the crowd is coming. On the 3rd day I did not use it anymore. Swimming pool is beautiful but sadly the environment not so well managed. There could be a bar, better and comfy seating areas and the opening hours longer for those who come back in the evening. Except of this, is the building an older establishment, so most of the furniture and decor became old and used with time. It needs definitely an upgrade and renovation. Overall experience was good. Worth for the price/quality ratio. Thank you.

Really enjoy my stay here. I stay for 2 days. The food was amazing, fresh and delicious. So many choices. The vibes was cozy, and quite. The facilities were good. The place is near to the city. I’ll recommend this for everyone who visit Yogyakarta.
