The hotel is probably older, there were some construction flaws in the rooms. The room is quite small, there is also a TV. I can't praise the cleanliness of the bathroom and the floor hadn't even been washed before our arrival. The beds are comfortable, the sheets are clean. There was an electric kettle with coffee and tea in the iBe. The hotel staff was helpful and smiling. The breakfast was rich enough.

overall rate was great.good access to areas we wanted to go, and there’s great souvenir shop right next door which was great togo shopping last minute. the room was quite dated, but we were completely fine as we only need to rest in room during the night, and day time we were out to tour.

Its cheap. Breakfast is good and tasty but didnt have much menu. Staff is kind and friendly. Check in and check out is fast. Room is comfy and spacious. Theres a sofa inside the room. I got a room in 6th floor and the view up there is beautiful. The bathroom is clean, I dont have much trouble with the hot water, but the amenities just available for 1 person so I have to asked for more and it is charged. Overall is good, I would like to visit again.

In jogja for short vacation with my little family, spent my 2 night in Top Malioboro hotel was fully worth. Nothing to be complain about, from helpful security officer to front office. Clean room, modest building, and great dish from the cafe. Not to mention the nearby Alfasuper on the next door, and few food stall. Put my 15 minutes to try on the electric massage chair, goodness this hotel will first come across my mind everytime I came back to Jogja. Fully recommended!

Awesome staffs and their service. Friendly chef made the best fried egg according to my son. Cons: asked for non-smoking room, was given smoking room on smoking floor. But the staffs were quick to help and move us to non smoking room.

First room was not good.. Air Conditioning has terrible sounding, bathroom door, towels were dirty. Then reported to receptionist. I met with higher personnel for the hotel, then I reported with condition of the room. Then she gave me a better room than the first one.But, still towels and bed linen are old and look dirty.
