What does the install command do?
It installs the Fortrip hotel skill into a compatible agent. The skill guides your agent through the Fortrip CLI. You need Node.js 22 or newer; you do not need to install the CLI globally.
Do I need a Fortrip account?
Yes. The CLI signs you in through your browser. Run npx fortrip login to start, then approve the matching device code. Your agent can also provide a sign-in link when it first needs access.
Does my agent pay for the booking?
No. Review the room, total amount, currency, and cancellation terms first. After you confirm, Fortrip provides a payment link so you can complete payment yourself.
Are search prices final?
Search prices are indicative. Your agent checks live room rates before creating a booking. Availability and the final payable amount are confirmed during the booking process.
