Google· a week agoSuch a stunning hotel with lovely friendly staff. The gym has loads of well kept equipment, à really boujie water purifier which makes the water so light and fresh tasting. The gym manager checked to see if I needed anything, which was helpful. The pool is glorious and I highly recommend the spa- treatments and facilities were awesome. The breakfast was delicious with so many items to choose from and a great selection of juices. The chai made by Santhosh was peppery and moorish. If I had to critique one thing is that the rooms could do with a little refresh but really this was a superb hotel and I would love to visit again.

The traditional Namaste greeting was warm, authentic, and beautifully reflected the spirit of Atithi Devo Bhava from the moment we arrived. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Chirag Choithani (Resident Manager), Om, Song, Anshu, Nabinita, Chef Divya, and the entire team for creating such a memorable experience. Our daughter arrived tired and a little cranky after the journey, and the thoughtful gesture of welcoming her with a Baby Shark soft toy instantly brought a smile to her face. Later, during lunch at the coffee shop, she was gifted a little owl soft toy when she wasn't in the mood to cooperate—an act of kindness we'll always cherish. The in-room personalizations by the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams were exceptional, making my wife feel truly celebrated. The breakfast spread was outstanding, with swift, attentive, and gracious service throughout. The In-Room Dining experience was equally seamless and thoughtfully delivered. Our daughter absolutely loved the swimming pool, and the property offers so much for families—from Ollie's Club, the Activity Room, and the delightful Puppet Show to the lush green landscaped gardens that provide the perfect space to unwind and reconnect. The hotel is beautifully maintained, and the dedication of the Horticulture and Engineering teams is evident in every corner. Every associate we met was warm, courteous, and genuinely eager to help. Thank you, ITC Mughal, for delivering hospitality that goes beyond luxury—it feels personal, thoughtful, and truly heartfelt. We look forward to returning soon.

Google· 4 months agoOn our recent visit to India, we stayed for one night at the ITC Agra for Taj Mahal visit. Our stay was incredible, staff was extremely courteous and went out of their way to make our stay special. The staff helped my cousin pull off a surprise 50th birthday celebration. I truly appreciated all the staff’s efforts. The customer service at every venue at the hotel was top notch. We did enjoy the restaurants as well and quality of food was superb. They also arranged an early morning visit to the Taj with a guide and wheelchair support for my mom. We did enjoy the services at the spa and I must say the quality of staff is world class. Thank you for making our trip unforgettable.

Google· 5 months agoI recently stayed at ITC Mughal in Agra and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The property is absolutely beautiful with a luxurious atmosphere, well-maintained gardens, great hospitality, and excellent food. The staff was courteous and professional, and the overall service truly reflected the standards of a premium 5-star property. However, as a wheelchair user, I did notice that a few areas within the resort are not fully accessible. While most of the property is comfortable to navigate, there are still certain sections where accessibility can definitely be improved. I personally believe that a 5-star property should aim to be 100% accessible for every guest and ITC Mughal has the potential to set a great example in this area by making a few thoughtful changes for wheelchair users and guests with mobility needs. That being said, my overall stay experience was excellent, and I truly enjoyed the hospitality, comfort, and ambiance of the resort

There were mild hiccups at the starting, however prompt response from front desk team and resident manager Mr. Chirag, made things so wonderful for the balance stay that our experience became exquisite none the less. Special thanks to Chef Inderpal – the food was absolutely outstanding! Every dish had so much love, flavor, and authenticity. My eight year old son is not comfortable with even mildly spicy food. Chef Inderpal made sure every meal he had was as per his taste and preferences. His efforts truly brought the spirit of fine dining to life on our plates. We are truly thankful for his special hospitality towards our family during each of our meals. Mr. Shaktik also was very considerate and guided the team to provide great services to us, every time. A special mention for Mr.Vikrant and Mr.Bhim. Thank you for your warmth and attention to detail. Your gracious service, friendly smiles, and genuine care made us feel like royalty. It’s rare to find service that’s so professional yet so personal. The warmth of the people at this property keeps bringing us back and this was our 6th visit at this beautiful resort in last 3 years. ITC Mughal is beautiful, but it’s people like these who make it unforgettable and add to the grandeur of thd overall experience. We’ll be recommending you to everyone and can’t wait to come back! Words truly fall short in describing the warmth, hospitality, and genuine care that the entire team extended to us. This wasn't just a hotel stay—it became a memory that our family will cherish forever. From the moment we checked in, we were made to feel incredibly special. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Chirag (Resident Manager) for the thoughtful room upgrade and the beautiful birthday cake that was already waiting for us in our room. It was the perfect start to our celebration. What made the occasion even more unforgettable was that, during our stay, we ended up cutting five birthday cakes! Each one was a wonderful surprise and a reflection of the team's exceptional thoughtfulness. A special thank you to Gajendra Ji, Bhim Ji, and Sunil Ji for their impeccable service and for making sure every moment felt special. Rajkumar Ji (IRD) added another delightful surprise with the fifth cake, making us feel truly valued and celebrated. The culinary experience was equally outstanding. My sincere gratitude to Chef Kunal and Chef Satyaveer, who prepared some of the most delicious dishes we have ever enjoyed. Every meal was exceptional and reflected their passion for excellence. A very special mention to Prisha, who created an adorable teddy bear made entirely from pancakes for our son. It was incredibly creative, beautifully presented, and brought the biggest smile to his face. It was one of the sweetest gestures we've ever experienced at any hotel. The hospitality extended beyond the restaurants as well. Ashok and Satyaveer, the lifeguards at the swimming pool, were simply amazing. Their attentiveness and genuine concern for guests' well-being were remarkable. While we were using the steam room, they came to check on us every 10 minutes to ensure everything was fine. I have stayed at many luxury hotels, but I have never experienced such a high level of care and personal attention. Every member of the ITC Mughal team went above and beyond to make our son's birthday unforgettable. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to the smallest details transformed a simple birthday celebration into a truly magical experience. Thank you once again to the entire team at ITC Mughal, Agra. We arrived as guests but left feeling like family. We can't wait to return and create many more beautiful memories.

Google· a month agoWe have stayed at ITC Agra Property and this was one of our best decision while selecting a property this time. it was an amazing property with great services and one of their staff MANASTRI was really kind and helpful appreciate the extra efforts put in by her while serving us. And the staff kumarpal ji were fabulous and so polite throughout the stay
