My wife and I stayed at Coral Sea Resort from 6 - 12 July 2026. The facilities are very modern and clean, and the Resort has magnificent views across Airlie Marina and the Coral Sea. Our room had a Spa Bath on the balcony, which provided a relaxing way to end the day. The cleaners do a terrific job and our room was immaculately serviced daily. The Resort is a short walk (1.5km) from everything you need in Airley Beach. The restaurant does a relaxing breakfast and drinks and snacks are easily ordered while sitting around the pool. The best thing about the Resort is the staff. Everyone at breakfast is friendly and the bar staff are terrific, and always up for a chat. The lovely staff at the front desk are also excellent, very knowledgeable of the area and are great ambassadors for the resort. We're already planning on going back!

Thank you to a top class hotel who know what it means to give the ultimate customer experience. We arrived early in the evening after a long 10 hour journey to be greeted by friendly, smiling & courteous staff. They immediately made us feel welcome & booked a table in their restaurant. Menu had a good variety of dishes at a resonable price and food was delicious. We stayed in their suite rooms with balconies facing the ocean. Image the relaxing sound of waves lapping up against the rocks as you fall asleep. Rooms were well designed & clean with daily housekeeping, who made sure you had adequate stock of the essentials in your room- coffee & biscuits of course 😆 One of our party celebrated his 60th birthday there and Sally Chantler (Assistant F&B Manger) & her team made sure that our cake & balloons were delivered to the table while singing happy birthday. A perfect moment in time while eating a platter of their delicious sandwiches. One thing I personally like about Sally, she is an action taker, who went out of her way to make sure our stay was pleasurable. One of our party has mobility issues & they gave him the choice of a suite or easily accessible rooms. I raised a few tweaks with Sally that could be made around the hotel to allow a more easily accessible experience. She immediately saw their maintenance team to action these steps & raised these issues with her General Manager. Thanks again team as we fly back to Tasmania. Great, friendly check in experience. Room was spacious and clean, but a little dated. No gym on site, but could use another nearby resort's gym if arranged with Reception. Lovely pool and plenty of lounges that overlooked the ocean.Food and drinks were on the high side, as expected at a resort property, but food was good.

Our family recently stayed at Coral Sea Resort for my sister’s wedding, and I wanted to express how grateful we are for the incredible care shown by the staff. My father has recently undergone multiple spinal surgeries and is not in the best health. The team went above and beyond to assist us with room changes and ensure he was as comfortable as possible throughout our stay. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. A special thank you to Alannah, Bella, and Rachel from the bar. Their kindness, professionalism, genuine smiles, and willingness to help made a difficult time so much easier for our family. They are a credit to the resort and truly beautiful people. If I were the owner of Coral Sea Resort, I would be extremely proud of the staff and culture that has been created here. Exceptional customer service is hard to find, and this team delivers it effortlessly. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable.

We absolutely loved our stay at Coral Sea Resort. The restaurant and pool area are exceptional, as was the food. Great location with an easy walk into Airlie Beach, or along the Marina. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. Next time we would look at a room with a King Bed.

My daughter and I shared 5 nights at Coral Sea Resort. We walked into our room and was so overwhelmed we hugged, it was just beautiful. The room was clean, pristine, comfortable. Our outlook was magical. I enjoyed the pool area, the friendliness of the team added to making our stay special. They were all attentive, offering friendly warm energy without being intrusive. I was made to feel comfortable in every area of my stay. I aim to make it part of my annual to do list. Coral Sea Resort is good for my health loved it.🌻 We enjoyed the continental breakfast, and friendly good morning greeting. The board walk to the Marina was an extension of coral sea resort, My daughter took advantage of the gym facility offered. The peace in the evening was divine, hearing the waves lapping on the rocks below was therapeutic. I recently reached retirement age, my daughter mentioned it prior to our holiday. When we went into our room a little note of congratulations with chocolates was a delight.

Absolutely beautiful! Coral Sea Marina Resort is the perfect place to stay in Airlie Beach. The waterfront location is breathtaking, the atmosphere is relaxed and luxurious, and the views are incredible from morning through to sunset. The customer service has also been exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful, which made our stay feel even more special. Everything feels peaceful, stylish and memorable — exactly what you imagine when planning a Whitsundays escape. We have loved every moment here and would happily return. Highly recommend!

We stayed in June with our family - boys elementary school aged - the resort is very well located, with the Airlie Lagoon, beach, and town only about a 7-10 minute walk away with shopping, restaurants, and lagoon to swim as well as several playgrounds. The boardwalk also stretches nicely for walks and runs, and also some nice restaurants/bars on that side, easy to walk to. The continental breakfast included with our stay was excellent. It was the same every morning, but it comes with an espresso coffee freshly made and lots of selection (toast, cereals, yogurt, fruit, cheese, ham, pastries). The view is beautiful by the pool and marina. The pool was too cold for our weather, but the loungers were nice. |There weren't too many activities or equipment available at the resort.|We booked our tours through Cruise Whitsundays, and same with the shuttle to the airport and all used Heart of Reef Shuttles which are very punctual. The rooms are clean and has most of anything you need - standard hotel room with comfortable bedding and linens. We enjoyed and would stay again!!
