This is a great motel with a really friendly vibe. The location is incredible and the bed was so comfortable. Yes it's a little dated but for the price and the location it was perfect for our Airlie Beach holiday. I like the fact the gates get closed at night and all guests have a key and it was amazingly quiet considering it was in the heart of Airlie. We would stay again and recommend.

Location is unbeatable. The hotel is dated, but the room is big with all the basics you need. They allowed us to check in early, which was great. Towels are only changed every 4 days, it should be more often. They do need to invest on pest control as we had a few cockroaches in the room during our stay.

Photos don’t do the place justice, perfect location, clean and comfy beds and can’t really beat it for the price. People working here have let me check in early, leave late, took my bags to my room. Leave bags here for two days, helped me with bus time table. Unbelievable service and would recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Airliebeach

Very good experience. I have recommended in red note. Help us book the airport shuttle bus and patiently explain everything.

Great location overlooking the lagoon. Otherwise a complete hole. The owners clearly are relying on it's location to attract guests and charge far too much money, but they refuse to spend money on the place. The corridors and carpets are revolting. Like a well soiled prison corridor. Everything is just plain painted brick. Room basic. The bedding did seem clean though and the aircon worked well. The bathroom was like what you'd find in a camp site. Fixed shower head. The flannels were discolored and threadbare. They just need to spend a bit on it. It cost me £80 per night ($160). For this quality and finish, it's worth half that. I stayed at the Coral Sea resort for my last night in Airlie. That cost £150 per night, but was well well worth it.

I came down to Airlie Beach for the weekend and a friend of mine suggested staying here. The room was lovely and clean and the bed was so comfortable. The room was so quiet that I couldn't hear the night club noise outside.I will definitely be staying here again when I come down to Airlie Beach.

Location : fabulous. Literally a few steps out the back gate and you are at the lagoon. Shops, places to eat and Woolies supermarket are all easy walking distance and it is flat. Cars in the car park are secure at night. Beds are comfortable. Some limitations to parking due to an unavoidable awkward layout. Decor is dated but functional. Budget friendly and friendly staff.

Great place! Stayed for 3 nights, and it had everything we needed. Basic rooms but has a aircon confy bed & kitchen facilities. Even an iron and hair dryer. As it’s in the centre of town you have access to everything (Safeway, restaurants, mcds, pubs, clubs etc) Right next to the lagoon. Staff were friendly and helpful. Early check in was a bonus. I’d stay here again and highly recommend it.
