Although located in a suburban street these apartments are not too far from the city centre. It is about a 15 min stroll to the centre via the train station. Our apartment was spacious and the off street parking is a plus. Silvie, the manager, was very pleasant and very helpful with local info. The wifi was consistent and our apartment was clean. It was also a bonus to have access to free washing and drying. A very pleasant stay.

I expected a lot better for that price. The apartment is pretty spacious and well lit but the appliances were a bit old. It is warm nonetheless. The neighborhood is pretty calm and the owner was pretty helpful

Having spent 4 night here, very happy to write a review. Clean well equipped apartment. two desk areas with lots of space, internet a little slow but worked. Having stayed in hotels for two weeks we booked this to chill in do some cooking and we weren't disappointed. Everything we needed, incl sharp knives !! wonderful. Sophie greeted us and nothing was too much trouble, she speaks very good English and was very helpful. A little further than we expected to walk into the old town, but a brisk walk did us good (approx 15mins) and very good link to the motorway.

Quite a small apartment that was a manageable (15 mins?) walk from the old town. Loads of parking outside and a fairly well equipped kitchen. Functional, does the job and with a really friendly welcome. It was raining when we arrived so we ended up eating in, and there's a Carrefour Express nearby which is helpful. There's also an Italian restaurant around the corner that does fun shaped pizzas (Dolce Vita?), worth a trip with kids. Annecy in the sunshine was gorgeous the next day, and the fab market that sets up in the old town was a perfect place to pick up cheese, bread, ham and peaches for a picnic. If we were staying in the area again, I think I'd probably head for one of the villages further round the lake.further around the lake - we went for a swim and drink at Talloires which was lovely.

Too far away from the stunning lake and wonderful old town (a 20 minutes boring walk). No ambience. Big unit, clean, but without toileteries. Charmless. Parking though. Friendly reception. |Last time we were here we stayed in the old town (with parking) and it was much better (Hotel du Chateau). Obviously not with all the unnecessary facilities| you have here, but still much more convenient for us.|The apartment is a horrible mismash of old out-of-date and disgusting furniture and dated and strange layout. Who would like to live like this?|Way overpriced and a strange place....|

I stayed here with my wife and daughter. the place was adequate. nothing spectacular but had everything you need. we booked on hotels.com so we weren't expecting an Airbnb type place which it was. we had to wait for someone to come give us the keys to our room as there is no reception. once all that was taken care of the place was quite pleasant and the owners assistant is really nice and helpful. it's a 20 minute walk or five minute drive from the center and when the place is not busy it has available free parking.

Great simple spot for kids. We stayed one night, and the bunnies made our child so happy! Nothing fancy, tiny bathrooms, but friendly and clean. Good pizza from the on-site restaurant!! We felt lucky to get this last minute.

Great place, not far away from the centre. Reasonable rates for August, swift response from the owners of the flat. We were at the 2nd floor, clean and fully equipped flat, not luxurious. Private parking is at the side of the hotel, which is very convenient. Great experience at Annecy, definitely we will be visiting the town again.
