Sure Hotel Annecy offers a convenient stay with ample parking space and an EV charging station, which is very helpful for travellers. The room was a bit small, though this seems to be quite standard for hotels in the area. Overall, it was a comfortable and practical base for a night in Annecy.

Stayed away if you want a clean room. When I got there at 10 pm, the room was not ready. I had to wait. After I went to the room, I noticed it uncleaned and the bed was not used. It was obvious the room was used and not made properly. I went back to the front desk and asked for another room. The staff said "I know the room is not OK. I just wonder if you are gonna take it". That was so ridiculous and unprofessional.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! This hotel is a total scam - the advertised facilities are not included, and even using sauna costs 68 EUROS PER HOUR! It's definitely cheaper to go to a proper sauna place in town. Don't be tricked, and instead go for ANY alternative. It’s far from the centre, rooms are tiny, and the staff is rude.

The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff was really nice and helpful. The rest of the staff was nice as well. Breakfast is good, varied and good quality products. I also played pool and pinball, they were fun but the pool table is not the greatest. The hotel is a little bit far from city center but you can walk or take a bus

Clean room & shower room, comfy bed, very helpful and friendly staff - I had breakfast 2 mornings, good quality and a varied selection of continental and also scrambled eggs, bacon, frankfurters and delicious pastries! I travelled in by bus from Annecy Gare Quay Nord to Espace Vallon bus stop and it's a few minutes walk from there. I'd certainly recommend this hotel and it's very competitive room rates - thanks very much indeed for a delightful stay!

What can I say. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are TINY! Small bed..maybe a full size? Night stands were small cheap wooden pieces. Looked hand made... you can see them in the picture. There was a small refrigerator but not plugged in and nowhere to do so.

Nice hotel close to autoroute for easy access. There is plenty of free parking. The room was very clean and comfy. Reception is very helpful for local activities and places to see. The hotel is not in the city centre, but you can get the number 3 bus (free in July and August) to the city centre, it takes 9 minutes. Or if late at night a Bolt or Uber is €10. Parking in the city centre is quite pricey.

Located next to the highway,making it too noisy to sleep with the windows open. There are hidden charges for everything, and the entire place has an unpleasant smell. The shower was broken, and the air conditioning was turned off to cut costs. While parking is free, they disclaim responsibility for any damage or theft. There is no manager on site. Do yourself a favour and avoid this hotel
