Walls are thin and having the seating area and reception right next to the rooms makes that any talking travels freely to the rooms. Price (840 quetzales) is too high for what you get. Rooms were clean and breakfast was fine

(Translated by Google) A delightful experience in every way! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home thanks to the warmth and friendliness of the staff, especially Doña Lucky, who radiated hospitality and warmth in every interaction. Having breakfast with her was a true pleasure, and thanks to her service, we created unforgettable family moments. The clean facilities and convenient location were the icing on the cake. Without a doubt, this will be our preferred accommodation on future trips to Antigua. We will return again and again! (Translated by Google) The hotel evoked mixed feelings in me, some very pleasant and others not. The first is that it's not located where the map indicates. The room I was given is on the basement level. It felt cold, with little natural light and poor ventilation. It has a window that opens onto a hallway, so we slept with artificial light on since you can't turn it off and there are no curtains to close on that window. In the hallways, there are tables that serve as a breakfast bar, right in front of my room, so people eat breakfast right outside the door... The internet signal in the rooms is weak. The finishes in the rooms and the hotel in general are very good, as are the bed, pillows, and towels—they're excellent. The bathroom is very clean and pleasant, with good hot water and nice bathroom fixtures; however, it also lacks good ventilation. The owner is very kind and friendly, attentive, and always looking after the hotel. They have a terrace with a spectacular view of the volcanoes.

(Translated by Google) Beautiful hotel. It has excellent colonial finishes and antique decor. It boasts a rooftop terrace with an incredible view of the volcano and a nearby ruin. The service is very good, and the rooms are well-equipped. The bed and pillows are incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable. The only downside is that it doesn't appear on the map at the address provided, making it a bit difficult to find. Even so, it's well worth the effort to look for it. Their nightly rates are very good. (Original) Hermoso hotel.

(Translated by Google) A very nice hotel, staffed by incredibly friendly people. The only thing that could be improved is the ventilation; on hot days the rooms get a bit warm. Providing a fan or installing air conditioning in the rooms would be a good idea. Otherwise, the hotel is fantastic.
