Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We would like to respectfully clarify that the Easter event was well planned and organized, with all activities and inclusions communicated at the reception and within the event setup. Our team was present throughout to guide guests, and all key activities—including the buffet service and children’s programs—were conducted as scheduled. Regarding access to the park, you were initially advised to take a package that included the playing ground; however, you opted for a package that only covered the bouncing castle. Later, you requested access to the playing ground, and as a gesture of goodwill, we allowed entry. With regard to the egg hunt, it was communicated that the activity would commence once there was sufficient participation, typically between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM, to ensure a better experience for all children. Concerning the bouncing castle, it is placed in the designated area and operations begin as soon as guests are present—even for a single guest—to ensure availability and safety. We also note that event timelines are generally followed; however, minor adjustments may occur depending on the flow of activities and guest participation during large events. Our team remains available on-site to assist and guide guests at all times. While we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, we are confident that the event was delivered in line with our procedures and communicated arrangements. Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. We would, however, like to clarify a few points. Fun Retreat Resort is located in Moshono, Arusha, and the journey from JRO naturally takes approximately 50 minutes, depending on traffic. Regarding the electronic key card, this issue was not reported to our team during your stay, and therefore we were not given an opportunity to assist. We also do not agree that the room was knowingly assigned with a faulty WC. We would never intentionally allocate a room with a known unresolved maintenance issue. Similarly, any drainage concern should have been reported to our team so that we could promptly inspect and address it.
