Great value for money! The staff were very kind and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the bathroom was also very spacious and well maintained. Breakfast was simple but complete, with everything we needed. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a great choice for the price!

Really great experience! We stayed in total 5 days counting our arrival, in between trips and at the end of our holidays and I have to say the experience was just great. Staff is amazing, rooms great and they have all the services, even the option to transfer from and to the airport.

I enjoyed my stay because the staff were very friendly and nice. They were very clean not just my room but the whole place. The swimming pool and the yard were always spotless. They are constantly cleaning and watering the plants and scrubbing the edges of the walls. It was just a pleasure to stay there.

Me and my friends have just travelled through the Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Arusha, etc experiencing the wonders of a Safari holiday - It was sublime. This hotel was part of our ‘package’ and was the first hotel we stayed before our travels at and also the last before we moved on. The food was really bad and the wait time was extraordinarily long. It took 57 minutes to get a plate of garlic and herb chicken and chips with 3 pieces of cauliflower. The chicken was drier than anything i’ve had before - I get why this happens and don’t expect much but this ‘hotel’ is considered luxury and sold as such. We had better meals each day on our game drives in the Serengeti which were prepared the day before from other places we were staying. The staff were singing songs at midnight when everyone here is getting up early in the morning to either begin their safari journey or move onto their next part of their trip. From a cultural perspective, great… but we’ve all just seen this for the past week, a crappy hotel isn’t part of the experience and don’t want it forced on us. It also explained why the food took so long as it was the 4th or 5th time in as many hours singing for half an hour each time. Rooms feel dirty, hot, sheets too small for the extra big mattress and honestly the whole place is below average. Everywhere we stayed on our amazing trip was tiers above this place. We’ve fed-back to our holiday planner and they also inform us that they’ve had the same feedback from others. Also sure the beef was goat…

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Njiro Legacy. The room was very comfortable, clean, and perfect for resting after a long day. The facilities were well maintained and made my stay very enjoyable. However, what I loved most was, without a doubt, the exceptional service provided by Yudy. From the very first moment, she made me feel as if I were at home. Her kindness, warmth, and genuine care made all the difference. She was always attentive and made sure I felt comfortable, cared for, and welcome throughout my stay. A hotel can have great rooms and facilities, but it is the people who truly make an experience memorable. Yudy is the reason I will always remember my time here so fondly. I would definitely come back, not only because of the hotel itself, but also because I would love to see her again and experience that same feeling of being cared for and at home. Thank you, Yudy, for making my stay so special.

Rooms are okay, very comfortable though with required basic needs. Service is good everyome is very attentive. They serve good food though. Breakfast buffer is good, could have more variety though. Pool is open 24/7 and the general environment is great.

We had a wonderful stay at Njiro Legacy, and the exceptional service stood out right from the start. As soon as we arrived, two staff members came out to warmly greet us and immediately helped with our luggage, making us feel incredibly welcome. The room itself was excellent and well-equipped with modern comforts like a great TV and efficient AC, but it was the thoughtful touches that truly made a difference, including having comfortable slippers provided both inside the bedroom and right inside the bathroom. The dining experience was equally impressive and a major highlight of our stay. We enjoyed a truly delicious dinner in the evening, and the next morning featured a fantastic variety of breakfast options to choose from. Between the top-tier service, great food, and comfortable room amenities, Njiro Legacy exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a seamless, comfortable stay. And Judy! The Manager, love her so much!!!!!

My partner and I had a very pleasant stay at Nijiro Legacy for two nights after the end of our Safari. The hotel was excellent, with clean modern rooms, and a tidy common area featuring a pool, a bar and a restaurant that served great food at an affordable price. The vegan and gluten free options were top notch. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overrall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing stay, I would highly recommend staying here. A special mention needs to be made for Judy, who was our host during the stay. She made us feel very welcome from the start and when we ran into visa issues the night before our return, she dropped everything to help us resolve the situation and for that we are extremely grateful.
