Warm welcoming from the Hotel front desk. Thank you for the early check in at 11am. We enjoyed the meal ordered from the cafe so much. Fare prices and high quality. The room is clean and large enough for our big luggages. highly recommend.

We stayed at Aswan Plaza Hotel for a business trip. It was convenient for this purpose, good service for the value. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had to leave every day early, so we had a packed breakfast box, and had dinner at the hotel. The location is good, there are all kinds of shops and services around. Our rooms looked to the back street, so there was not much noise. THere was ongoing renovation or improvement on the top, so the swimming pools was closed.

The hotel is very closed to the Nile Cruise dock area, it is located just across the road from the river. Very busy street, plenty of shops around and there is a shopping center in the building as well. Our room is very clean and big. We had 3 single beds and it is still very spacious. A little noisy outside especially at night because our room is street facing but very manageable. The reception staff were very helpful.The place is very safe. We only had a short stay after disembarking from our Nile Cruise, visiting Abu Simbel on the same day and flying out early from Aswan Airport back to Cairo the following day.

Recommend you to ask for the new renovation room and don’t forget to put non-smoking room. The Egypt culture is smoking habit and make the room smell bad. But I got change the room after I get in. Everything turn out 10/10. Location is great McDonald is in front of our hotel.

This is a great hotel. Facilities are well kept, it was clean, nice and modern elevator. Location just in front to Nile river with lots of shops nearby. I would stay again here.

I don’t think this is a 4 star hotel. For the rooms: the shower was very small and uneven floor, can hear the noise from the street at night - but there was air conditioning, bed was comfortable, things were relatively clean, Nile views from room. Service: breakfast was fine. Front desk staff seemed apathetic and moved slowly. They asked if we wanted someone to grab our bags in the morning to bring to front desk and we said no because we can do it ourselves, yet someone still came and took our bags and then followed us to our car to ask for tips for a service we said no to. Location: is great, next to the Nile and shops and markets. With that comes a lot of city noise and prayer call sound.

Everything was great during my stay. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the front desk made check-out very convenient. However, I had a negative experience in the restaurant. One staff member, a slightly heavyset woman wearing a headscarf, seemed to be working with a bad mood. While I was dining, the noise from clearing plates was very loud, and some food splashed onto my side as she cleaned up unfinished dishes. This impacted my dining experience. I recommend that this employee receive further training, as personal emotions should not affect service and guest experience.

Very basic. Will do in a pinch but no pool, sketchy neighborhood. Spend a little more. You won’t regret it.
