It was a great accommodation to stay at Celopetra Hotel. The rooms were comfortable and tidy. The food was tasty and mouth-watering. Moreover, the staff was considerate and helpful especially the receptionist named Omnia. Furthermore, the location was superb as it was located near malls and beside the train station. I wish I can visit it again

I had my money stolen out of my wallet. I went to the bank took out 4000 egp and the next morning went down for breakfast. Then went back to my room to shower. I had a roomate since I was traveling in a group and never left my wallet unattended except for breakfast which was only 30 mins and shower and shaving. During my shower I heard someone entering and leaving the room and thought it was my roommate. Asked her later she said she never came back into the room. I counted my money and 2000 egp was gone from my wallet. I am sure this is not the only hotel this has happened in. I just want to warn ppl!!!!! Not to leave you wallet or any money in the room unattended. Horrible wifi that never worked for longer then few mins. Area isn't great either.

The worse hotel breakfast I had in Egypt by far. Literally nothing was good on this plate. The breakfast guy after getting my name and room number couldn’t bother telling me how this worked. I didn’t know if it was a buffet and didn’t see food around (they end up bringing it to you). I was therefore standing there kind of confused and he reacted in the most childish incompetent manner by urging me to sit using a tone no one should use in the service industry. Don’t stay there. The WiFi isn’t working, of course.

Good location, but when they have the chance to rob you, they will. I lost my room key and they charged me 1,000 Egyptian pounds… way too much for the cost of replacing one key. over all the hotel wss clean and the staff friendly, the only problem was the key replacement, and obviously the ask for 1000$ cash, no receipt no proof of transaction...

The hotel was clean and offered excellent service. I accidentally left my scroll painting behind when checking out, and the hotel was incredibly helpful—they arranged express delivery and had it sent to my hotel in Luxor within just two days. I truly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Aswan. They have a wonderful team who respond quickly and efficiently to any request you may have.

The hotel has a good location, good access to all sights. The kind smile of the receptionist Omnya upon your arrival and her very friendly and professional behavior with excellent English will catch your attention the most. All the staff are very nice and helpful. We were surprised by the cleanliness and the smell throughout the hotel. Breakfast is served, tasty and sufficient portion served again with Maryam's hearty smile. We can only recommend and will definitely come back here again.
