We weren't there long enough, just a short overnighter, but the car service from Aswan Airport, and the 2am Reception Greet were top-notch. The rooftop breakfast area has wonderful breezy views from 4 sides, and the breakfast foods and drinks, coffee u. tea, were very wonderful and appealing to a Westerner. Highly recommend it...

We spent one night at the hotel. We were encouraged by the reviews on Booking.com. This is a good, recently renovated hotel. The front facade is completely different from that pictured in the overview introduction to the hotel. I'll include an exterior photo taken in January, 2026. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious. Good hot water supply. Don't forget to turn on the switch. Breakfast on the rooftop is pleasant. Wifi is weak and needs improvement. Early morning call to prayer a consideration; otherwise, the area is quiet. Great sunset view from the rooftop.

I stayed at Nuba Nile Hotel in Aswan. The hotel itself is generally acceptable, but the experience at check-out was unprofessional and unpleasant. When I went to check out, the reception staff refused to let me leave until he personally inspected the room. When I asked why, he claimed it was in case I had forgotten something in the room. This explanation was not convincing, and it was clear that he was actually worried I might have taken something from the room. This behaviour shows a lack of trust and very poor customer handling. It is completely inappropriate and not how guests should be treated. If the hotel has a policy regarding room checks, it should be applied respectfully and in a transparent manner, not in a way that makes the guest feel suspected or embarrassed. Unfortunately, this incident left a very negative impression of the hotel’s management and their attitude towards guests, and I would not choose to stay there again.

I stayed with two friends one night at that hotel . Very convenient location and it seems to be renovated recently . Rooms were clean and in good condition also bathroom was very good which is something I notice first. Other than that a girl at the reception ,named Mona ,I think was exceptional . Very high communicating skills and she arranged our trip to Abu simbel perfectly ! Overall a nice stay

overall positive except water boilers, ours didn’t work but I am sure the hotel would have sorted it if we had reported it. staff attitude seemed alright compared to reviews from earlier this year. nice view of the river, noise from the train station is a negative point but I guess that’s the price you pay for being close to the centre. for people who don’t sleep well, get ear plugs like me.

Good cost effective hotel very close to the Aswan station. Ms.Mona kindly helped us to book a private tour Abu Simbel with very quick response. Other receptionist lady also helped us to buy koshari with local people price. Totally satisfied with the hotel and service. Much appreciated.

Quite a new hotel, better then most 4 stars including Obelisk in my opinion. Clean and spacious room, near the train station and bazaar and a nice supermarket nearby which don't overcharged tourist. Told receptionist we are leaving at 4am, next thing we know 4am 2 staffs waiting outside 2 to help with luggage and another to collect key. At receptionist he already prepared our breakfast for takeaway. You can even see sunset over Nile river from your window depending on your room. Wonderful hotel and service please try!
