I had such a wonderful experience at this hotel. Not only are the facilities absolutely beautiful, but the customer service was truly exceptional. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. A very special thank you to Matthew, who went above and beyond to assist me when I had an inconvenience during my stay. His kindness, professionalism, and unconditional support made a huge difference, and I’m extremely grateful for all his help. He is truly an amazing person. Not sure why this hotel ratings is 3.9. The hotel rooms are pretty much good. It’s clean and hygienic. The service is hospitable thanks to Reham and all on-ground team and also the pool is amazing. They offered us a free sunset cruise trip which was highlight of our stay in Aswan. ❤️🙏🏼 The location is perfect. It’s 5 - 7 mins walk from Corniche. There is Carrefour 5 mins away also. The hotel is wheelchair friendly. Breakfast was good but could be better and that’s my only remark.

Excellent hotel in Aswan with beautiful views and a very comfortable stay. The food was good, affordable, and convenient after long sightseeing days. The staff were helpful, and the location worked well for visiting Abu Simbel and Philae Temple. A great value and a nice base while staying in Aswan.

Rooms are ok, but tired, and require maintenance or renovation. Pool change room now closed compared to several years ago. Seems like cleaning is being done, but no maintenance. Food is mediocre compared to other equivalent places in Egypt. Several large signs pointing to a so-called shopping centre which only opens a few (ill-defined) hours per day, and now at all on Fridays (despite being a tourist, not religious, establishment). Overall, ok, but going downhill, and no longer a place at which I would pay to stay. Also pool has little shade and only open during peak skin cancer time. Thanks for looking after guest health.

Upon our arrival, they upgraded us to a beautiful room with an enormous terrace with views to the Nile (and the pool) with a connected door to my kids room. No extra charges for this. The rooms were big, the beds really comfortable. They provided us with tons of amenities. We couldn’t enjoy the pool because it was cold (mid March). My kids loved playing billiard. Breakfast was great, the restaurant itself, could be way better. Overall we are happy with our stay there.

Not sure why the rating is so low for this hotel. We only stayed for a night but the hotel was very nice, we enjoyed the pool and it offers the view of a beautiful sunset. The rooms are clean and comfy, the only issue is the door in between rooms which allows you to hear everything happening next door. The food at the restaurant was amazing and the portions were quite big.

The hotel hosted a wedding in their restaurant and played very loud music on the terrace throughout the evening. Even with the windows closed, I could hear it clearly from my room. It was not the relaxing evening you would expect from a hotel of this category. I had to wait until the music finally stopped at 10:10 p.m. before I could sleep — leaving me only four hours of rest before my early flight. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Nice older hotel with a beautiful view of both city and river. Ideal location, walking distance to Nubian Museum and ferries to Elephantine island. Friendly staff, welcoming and providing great recommendations with a smile (thank you Miriam at front desk) We had à la carte dinner- the juiciest tender chicken pieces in shish tawouk and fatteh. Daily free breakfast buffet is epic- with fresh food, omelette station and the wide variety of breakfast pastries, yogurts, accompaniments. WiFi could be stronger in the rooms, works fine in the lobby area
