I stayed here in August and paid around THB 1,400 per night before taxes, including breakfast, which I thought was already great value for money. I checked the price for the end of November and it’s now around THB 1,750 before taxes, so I still think the current rate is worth it for what you get. The location is excellent — very close to Benjakitti Park, which is perfect if you enjoy walking or exercising. It’s also close to Asok and Terminal 21, so getting around and finding restaurants or shops is very convenient. The room was clean, the facilities were good, and the service was also satisfactory. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Such a great value hotel. Breakfast included was great. Rooms were clean, well attended to. Location was central to all things Sukhumvit. Was far enough from the main road that there was no noises to keep you up at night. Plus staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. AND there’s a nice little gym and rooftop pool area. And the give you a welcome popsicle! So awesome. Not the fanciest place but for what you pay, they exceeded our expectations.

We stayed at Galleria 10 Bangkok for eight nights and booked two rooms. The rooms and housekeeping were good, breakfast was okay, and most of the staff were friendly and professional, especially the front desk team and tuk tuk driver. Unfortunately, the Operations Manager, Adil Rashid, completely ruined our final impression of the hotel. We had paid a half-day rate to extend checkout until 5:00 p.m. Because of unexpected heavy rain, we called ahead and explained that we might be about 55 minutes late. The front desk told us it was okay and asked us to return quickly. When we arrived around 5:45 p.m., we apologized and went to collect our already packed luggage abruptly. On our way up to get the luggages Adil Rashid the operation manager called and spoke to us in an extremely rude, sarcastic, and demeaning way. He showed no courtesy or professionalism and made us feel disrespected. I have visited Bangkok many times and have never experienced a hotel manager speaking to guests this way. Everyone else at the hotel was respectful, but his behavior left a very negative impression and overshadowed an otherwise good eight-night stay.

I recently stayed at Galleria 10 Hotel in Bangkok and would like to share my experience.During my first visit, I stayed for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. Everything was excellent, and I was very satisfied with my stay.On my second visit, I encountered a small issue upon arrival. It was late at night, and I was assisted by a female receptionist whose name I unfortunately did not get. As a returning guest, I was surprised to be assigned to a room that felt more like a service room than a standard guest room. There were no towels, no napkins, and there was not even a bedside table to place a phone or personal belongings.I informed the receptionist about the situation, but she seemed unsure how to handle it. I explained that if another room could not be provided, I would prefer to cancel my booking and stay at another hotel. Fortunately, she eventually changed my room, and the new room was perfectly acceptable.We then stayed for five days and had a very enjoyable stay overall. Apart from this initial issue, the service was excellent. The other receptionists and hotel staff were all very friendly, professional, and helpful. The breakfast was also very good, and we had a great time during our stay.Because of the quality of the hotel, the good service from most of the staff, and the enjoyable experience overall, I would rate Galleria 10 Hotel 4 out of 5 stars.

I think the hotel is nice overall. |The location is very convenient—set on a quiet side street while still being very central. You can clearly see that the hotel is somewhat worn and in need of renovation, and the same applied to our room. That said, the bathroom was nice and the bed was comfortable. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and bottled water provided in the room every day. Housekeeping was decent overall, although the hallway outside our room could have been vacuumed more thoroughly. The rooftop bar was a real highlight—we went there every evening before going to bed. The bartenders were very friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy, relaxed, and enjoyable. The drinks and wine were very good, although the prices were perhaps a bit on the high side—but that’s to be expected at a hotel. The pool is small, but perfectly fine for cooling off. We thought the breakfast was good. The internet was very reliable, and the air conditioning in the room worked very well. All the staff spoke English and were very friendly. Overall, the hotel is a bit worn, but still a very good choice that offers solid value for money.|I would happily stay there again.

The rooms are nice, clean, bed comfortable. Very good rooftop pool and bar. It's more for the residents then for everyone but it's good for a relaxing evening. I had a very good rate with breakfast included. Of which I should have pay only when use as more then 50% of the time I didn't go. Also very good it have a nonstop drinks dispenser that also includes alcoholic. Just to point here is that the rooms are not big but not small either and the tv is not smart so no YouTube.

Just spent 12 days on the 6th floor and had a great time making it my base for the duration. Absolute top notch location, in between asok and Nana BTS stations, with the superb night market (try the crispy pork and crab omelette!) down the road, the s21 shopping centre and many many bars/restaurants/massage places near by. Turnleft out the entrance and get to the park which is nice to walk around and sweat off the many 2for1 beers you get on the 8th floor by the small pool. No issues with the staff. Very friendly to me. Be nice and people are nice back to you. Rooms cleaned every day Only issue I had was the bar to the right when you come out the hotel. Lollipop 2. Not good getting approached and grabbed every time you walk past. I'm not into ladyboys. Would recommend Galleria 10

I stayed two nights at Galleria 10, and I do not recommend staying here. On my first night, I woke up with what appeared to be bed bug bites and was extremely itchy. Although I had requested a non-smoking room, I could still smell cigarette smoke, and the room also smelled moldy. After I reported the issue, the hotel moved me to a cleaner room -- I did not get any bites from the second room. However, I was very disappointed with how unhelpful the staff was in handling the situation. The hotel did not have in-house laundry services and was unwilling to assist me with cleaning my clothes to prevent potential bed bugs from spreading. I ended up wasting half a day figuring out laundry on my own and paying for it myself. Overall, I am very disappointed by the lack of support and the poor customer service.
