Trip.com· 3 months agoI had an excellent stay at Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit 55. The hotel is modern, elegant, and exceptionally well maintained. The room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed and a well-designed bathroom.One of the highlights was the Onsen and spa facilities, which were perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Bangkok. The swimming pool and fitness centre were also excellent. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, and the quality of the food was consistently good.The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to assist. Although the hotel is not directly next to the BTS station, the complimentary tuk-tuk shuttle made transportation convenient. The location in Thonglor is fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and shopping options nearby.Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value for a luxury stay in Bangkok. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to both business and leisure travellers.

Tripadvisor· 4 months agoThis is the 2nd time to stay at this hotel. We stayed 4 nights. Room size is good with sofa area. Free drinks and snacks which are good especially if you don’t want to go out during hot or rainy weather. Bedside with electric plugs. But if it can improved with USB or Type-C plug with be great.|Though hotel is not in the very prime area, free shuttle service available to/from Thong Lor station. (But the tuk tuk step is a bit high, not easy to get on/off😅)

The hotel is immaculate, beautifully designed, and offers a perfect balance of luxury and tranquillity. Our room was spacious, exceptionally clean, quiet, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after exploring Bangkok. A special thank you to the Concierge team, who were outstanding. They went above and beyond to help us with recommendations, transport, and local advice, always with a smile. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The facilities are first class. The pool, spa, gym, and onsen were all beautifully maintained, and the breakfast offered an excellent variety of high-quality food to suit every taste. We were also celebrating my husband’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel made the occasion even more special with their thoughtful touches and genuine hospitality. Those little gestures created memories we’ll never forget. The location in Thonglor is fantastic—close to wonderful restaurants, cafés, shopping, and transport, while still providing a peaceful retreat away from the city’s hustle and bustle. Thank you to every member of the team for making our first visit to Thailand such a memorable one. Your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart. We would not hesitate to stay here again and will be recommending Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit 55 to all our family and friends. Khob khun mak ka! 🇹🇭🙏

Google· a month agoThe hotel seems to be newly refurbished, and despite having a slightly formal, perhaps almost cold feeling (at least for Bangkok), it’s a really nice place to stay. The rooms are large and comfortable, with Japanese style toilets and a complementary mini bar. The pool area was very pleasant and the free onsen an added bonus that we’d not really been planning to use! The breakfast was probably the highlight, featuring an excellent range of options that were all very fresh and well presented. The salads, choice of sausages, miso and peelable longans were favourites. A Thai friend had said we might feel a bit far out in Thonglor, but to be honest there a plenty places to eat in the area — especially Japanese restaurants, some of which are open very late — as well as malls within a few transport stops or a short cab ride. Perhaps it would have been a bit far had we been planning on doing cultural visits, but as it was really just a stop over on our way home, it suited us well, as did the fact it was easy to get to and from Suvarnabhumi.

Google· 2 months agoWe had an excellent stay and were particularly impressed by the outstanding service throughout the hotel. The staff at the entrance were incredibly helpful and attentive. We especially appreciated how they used a torch to check every taxi before it departed to ensure guests had not left any belongings behind. A thoughtful detail which shows they care ! The front desk team was warm, professional, and efficient. A special mention to Yo, who kindly accommodated an early check-in for us and made us feel welcome from the start. We would also like to acknowledge the trainee at the front desk, whose service was exceptional despite us unfortunately not getting his name. The housekeeping staff were always friendly, pleasant, and attentive, ensuring our room was well maintained and that we had everything for a comfortable stay. Our amenities and complimentary snacks were replenished daily and the room was consistently clean and tidy. While the location is slightly removed from the city centre, it is in a safe area with convenient transport options, making it easy to get around. Overall, we were very impressed with the service, cleanliness, and hospitality, and would happily stay here again.

From check-in until the end of my stay, PP was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely caring. Every question I had was answered patiently, and every request was handled promptly with a warm smile. PP went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, making me feel truly welcomed. The level of customer service was exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. Staff like PP are a huge asset to the hotel and are one of the main reasons I would happily return and recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Google· 8 months agoBeautiful hotel but not quite 5‑star in service or amenities for Thailand Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit 55 is a lovely, spotless hotel with great facilities, but my stay didn’t fully live up to the 5‑star standard advertised. The spa is gorgeous, and the onsen is a unique experience (note: no swimwear allowed due to traditional customs). My first 90‑minute aroma oil massage was incredible — one of the best I’ve had. However, the second massage I booked was only half as good and cost more, which was disappointing. Service around the pool and 5th‑floor seating area was the weakest part of the stay. It was difficult to find staff to order anything, and when you finally did, food and drinks took over 30 minutes to arrive. Another surprise was that the hotel is completely alcohol‑free. This wasn’t mentioned at booking or check‑in, and there’s no hotel bar. For a 5‑star property, clearer communication would have been expected. Luckily, there’s a lovely Japanese bar across the road with great staff and tasty snacks. Overall, the hotel looks the part but doesn’t quite deliver the service or amenities you’d expect for the price.

Google· 3 months agoThere is nothing that I can say to describe the way they treat you like royalty here. Customer service at it's finest. Hotel and the room were spotless. Smelled so fresh and our toilet seats were heated. We had a lovely view and tge amenities were perfect. They even had laundry service. I will be staying here anytime im in Bangkok.
