It's my first time traveling in Bangkok with my family. I can tell that this hotel excellently meet my expectations. The food service staff are excellent always serving us with a smile and the Daily choice of breakfast buffet is so great! The housekeeping staff are very impressive in providing us our daily amenities and keeping our room clean. The security staff are very courteous and always on hand assisting us to get into our taxi cab. Lastly, the front desk staff are so accommodating to all our inquiries. Thank you very much for your good service.

Stayed at Holiday Inn Bangkok Silom during a business trip and overall had a good experience. The location is very convenient, with easy access to BTS, nearby offices, restaurants, and convenience stores. The room was clean, comfortable, and suitable for business travelers. WiFi connection was stable, and the staff were professional and helpful throughout the stay. Check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. One area that could be improved is the breakfast selection. The variety was quite limited and felt repetitive over multiple days. Adding more choices, especially local and international options, would improve the overall experience for long-stay business travelers.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would rate it 4 out of 5. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, though slightly smaller than expected. Staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests. Breakfast offered a decent variety, but could be improved in terms of quality. The only downside was some noise at night, which slightly affected my sleep. Overall, it’s a good option for travelers looking for comfort and convenience at a reasonable price.

I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Sathorn and highly recommend it. One of the standout features of this hotel is its amazing location. It is just a short, two-minute walk to the BTS SkyTrain station, making navigating the city exceptionally quick and easy. Inside, the property has a wonderful local charm; the hotel is beautifully decorated with authentic local Thai pictures, adding a lovely cultural touch to the modern space. The service here is impeccable. Every single staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile with a smile. Parichat Rungtanawong, the Front Office Manager, was especially helpful and truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was absolutely perfect. Additionally, the complimentary morning buffet was a great bonus. The breakfast had a wonderful variety of choices, featuring a nice balance of both hot local dishes and standard Western options to perfectly fuel a long day of sightseeing. Overall, it offers comfort, convenience, and great value in the heart of Bangkok. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

Nice and clean room, just a few minutes next to the BTS station, 7-11 near-by. There are bars & restaurants around the area. Quiet and safe. Price cheaper than those hotels at Siam. Will come here again if I visit Bangkok next time.

The hotel is within walking distance of Chong Nonsi BTS Station, making it very convenient for getting around Bangkok. The lobby area provides easy access for Grab cars and taxis, and vehicles can usually pick up and drop off guests without being affected by heavy traffic congestion. There is also a 7-Eleven and a McDonald's nearby, along with plenty of local, Western, and Thai eateries within the surrounding area. I stayed in a room located at the back of the hotel, which was very quiet and ideal for a good night's rest. The only drawback was that the room faced the balcony of a neighboring residential building, resulting in limited privacy and insufficient natural sunlight during the day. Breakfast was consistently available and featured different main dishes each morning, which added some variety to the dining experience. However, seating can become limited during peak breakfast hours. The gym facilities are basic but adequate for a simple workout. There is no swimming pool on the property. Overall, my first stay with IHG was a very memorable one. The hotel offered a comfortable and convenient experience, and I look forward to enjoying more membership benefits as I progress to higher tiers within the IHG Rewards program.

Decent reasonably priced value hotel at a very convenient location next to Chong Nongsi BTS station. Staff are friendly and polite and really nice. There is always a security guard at the front entrance of the Holiday Inn which does makes it feel safe but honestly the area where hotel is location is safe. Unfortunately the hotel is kinda let down by stained carpets, ageing infrastructure and walls and the breakfast is not amazing at all. I do like there is a small gym and laundry room.

No offensive The room is clean and tidy, the staff are friendly and great. I checked in there in room 207 for a couple of days and I got hunted. I slept alone and my bed had been pushed for every single minute in the second night and fourth. I didn’t complain to them since I was not so scared and would love to experience what’ll be next but nothing more. Ok pls choose that room if you like to experience such things but I’m not sure it will still need your help like it did to me. I still give 5 stars for the service and location. Good luck
