⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay at Hotel Indigo Bangkok! Hotel Indigo Bangkok Wireless Road is a fantastic boutique property. The eclectic, retro-inspired decor, spacious rooms, and prime location—just a short walk from the Phloen Chit BTS station—made exploring the city effortless. The rooftop pool and breakfast spread were also major highlights. A Special Mention to Jame at Reception: What really stood out was the incredible service from Jame at the front desk. Jame welcomed me with a warm smile, made check-in seamless, and shared wonderful local recommendations. The genuine hospitality and attention to detail truly made my stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok!

I only stayed here for my last night in Bangkok, but I honestly wish I had booked it for my first night as well. The location is fantastic, with restaurants, cafés, shopping, convenience stores, and everything you might need just a short walk away. It made exploring the city effortless. The hotel has a unique character, from the stylish décor to the thoughtfully designed rooms. I was lucky to stay on the 14th floor, and the city view was absolutely beautiful. What made this stay even more memorable was the team. From the moment I arrived, everyone was genuinely warm and engaging. I was welcomed with a lovely souvenir, and both check-in and check-out felt personal rather than routine. A special thank you to AOM and Jame for making me feel so welcome. I also ordered pasta through in-room dining, and honestly… I finished it in less than three minutes! It exceeded my expectations for hotel room service. This hotel left such a great impression that I’ll definitely book it again the next time I’m in Bangkok. Utobia Verdict: Stylish, welcoming, and perfectly located. If I return to Bangkok, this will be my first choice.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Bangkok Wireless Road. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and in a fantastic location with stunning views of the city. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was stylish and welcoming. What stood out most to me was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was professional, kind, and genuinely eager to help. Even when I experienced an issue during my stay, the team handled it with care, took my concerns seriously, followed up afterward, and made every effort to ensure I felt valued as a guest. The rooftop experience, food, drinks, and hospitality were all excellent. It’s clear that customer service is important to the team, and I truly appreciated their communication and professionalism. Thank you to the entire staff for your kindness and dedication. I would gladly recommend Hotel Indigo Bangkok Wireless Road to anyone visiting Bangkok and would be happy to stay again in the future. I am impressed with this hotel's service every time I stay here. During this visit, I was especially impressed by the front desk staff, James and Miguel. They were warm, welcoming, always smiling, and provided excellent service and helpful information. I would also like to thank Ann at the breakfast restaurant, who, as always, provided outstanding service. The room was spotless and maintained the hotel's high standards. I also fell in love with the beautiful garden just outside my room. It looked absolutely stunning, with its lush green trees resembling giant broccoli florets, beautifully contrasted against the backdrop of the towering skyscrapers behind it. The combination of nature and the city skyline created a truly breathtaking view. I simply can't bring myself to stay anywhere else. This hotel continues to exceed my expectations, and I look forward to coming back every time.

Friend was incredibly friendly, warm, and professional. During check-in, she made sure I had all the information I needed and made me feel genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room was beautifully designed in true Indigo style, incorporating local elements that blended history and contemporary culture seamlessly. It was spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and a pleasure to stay in—I enjoyed every single moment there. I was fortunate to be assisted by Friend again during check-out, and she ensured my entire stay had been flawless. My sincere thanks to her, as well as the entire Front Office team, Concierge team, and Restaurant team for the excellent in-room dining experience. Lastly, the pool view was absolutely incredible. I was able to enjoy it just before it closed, and both the view and the atmosphere perfectly captured the spirit of Bangkok. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for such a memorable stay. I look forward to returning in the future.

Another good trip here, hotel location is very good point of this property, very easy to link with Bts skytrain just a few minutes walk from there. Staff were very nice and hospitality from front of the house though every part of the hotel. ABF has many thing change into a better way compare to my last visit, there has a nice version and a very good layout. Got a very lovely staff looked after during breakfast (Ann, Tam) did really amazing job on their duty. Definitely come back for sure.

Stayed at Hotel Indigo for my anniversary and I had an excellent experience. From the moment I checked in to the moment that I checked out, I felt that every staff member was extremely friendly and made me feel welcome. The room I stayed in (king with balcony) was spacious, had great natural light, and was very comfortable. I requested additional bottles of water on my first night and the cleaning staff made sure to restock extra water every day when they cleaned. This was such a thoughtful touch that really highlights the attention the staff at Hotel Indigo give to their customers. Thank you for making my anniversary so special!
