Location is between Nana station and Asok station so it is a very good location. A lot of restaurants nearby. Price is cheap with good A/C in the room. Condition of room.... well, can't really expect 5 star hotel accomodations so I do not have any issues except the pillow case was coverd with fungi but the room cleaning lady switched it later so it was ok. Have to wear slippers inside the room as the floor condition is not so good, there are wood cracks on the room floor so you can get splinters sruck on your toes. Staff are nice in general. Swimming pool is round and small. Gym... old equipments but workable.

We had stayed for 7 nights during our medical trip in room no. 433, triple occupancy room. Spacious, clean with comfortable beds. Location is convenient. However, the washroom was too small compared to the room. Big window was there but no view and even unable to remove curtain because of adjacent property. No dressing mirror in the room. Lift area was too suffocating as there was no central air-conditioning I guess. Room temperature also required to adjust with help of reception everytime as no local control. There complimentary water tasted bit weird. Complementary Breakfast option was too limited and almost without any variation in most days. Swimming pool was not so big but nice and esthetic. Staffs at reception was not so welcoming, especially male staffs. Our booking was done thru Agoda. As our treatment was completed early, so we wanted to prepone our checkout even with partial refund if full refund was not feasible. They said they can't do anything and have to contact Agoda. Agoda representative was helpful and was trying to talk with them repeatedly but they were unreachable. Then I tried to contact both thru my cell but property reception was not cooperating. Agoda mailed them for pre checkout approval but property turned down the request. If it was dependent on property decision then they shouldn't advice us to contact with Agoda. Very unprofessional and not empathetic treatment.

Great Location, comfy bed but that's all. Nice welcome upon check-in and a stunning lobby reception. We were asked 1000THB for room deposit. Why, we don't know after our experience. Once the elevator opened it was depressive to see the worn carpet in the corridor on the way to your room. Our Deluxe Room was on the 8th floor facing the front of Sukhumvit 15. Several things we found were not great about this room. 1) Dirty windows. Didn't expect so much filth on the outside windows to affect the view, plus having a pigeon nesting in the corner and shitting down the glass. 2) Smelly bathroom. Sewerage odour detected which was really bad. 3) Shower water temperature fluctuates and same goes for the water pressure. 4) Air-con leaking. 5) No window insulation. You can hear everything from street noise and the loud Tuk Tuks. Bring your earplugs. 6) Some towels were old and had holes. 7) Shaving mirror was loose and needed to be fixed in place. 8) Swimming pool had a good design and size but the aesthetic surrounding the pool area felt like inside a compound. Management wouldn't clean the windows but instead tried to move us to the other side of the building facing a car park building. No thanks, we rather look at the sky even if we have to squint through the dirt. It seems they are more excited about installing a snooker room which is unfortunate because this hotel could do with upgrading the guests experience and just maybe the ratings would improve. In spite our review, the housekeeping staff were brilliant, helpful and cheerful every day, replenished our coffee/tea, drinking water and clean towels daily. Hotel location is prime position as well as affordable. We liked this area of Bangkok due to proximity to Terminal 21, BTS Asok and Nana station, and nearby restaurants by foot, and we liked the comfortable king bed. We should have taken note of the recent reviews.

I recommend this hotel for all travelers visiting Bangkok. It is conveniently located at the crossroads of Asoke, making it easy to access the BTS and MRT to get around the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable for the price. While I would have preferred stronger water pressure in the shower, I have no complaints about the room itself. The breakfast was well-prepared and delicious, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the swimming pool, which was very quiet during the day, even though the hotel was located in the city center.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay – Great Hospitality and Service I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Manhattan and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The hospitality provided by the staff was exceptional from check-in to check-out. Every member of the team was friendly, courteous, and always willing to assist with a smile. Their customer-centric approach made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food was excellent, with a good variety of options and great taste. A special mention to the hotel team for thoughtfully arranging a packed breakfast for us as we had an early morning flight. This gesture was greatly appreciated and demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction. During our stay, we noticed that the air conditioning unit in our room was not cooling effectively. We reported the issue to the front desk, and a technician was sent immediately. The problem was addressed promptly and professionally, which reflected the hotel's responsiveness and dedication to service quality. Overall, the hotel offers a great combination of comfort, hospitality, and customer service. The staff genuinely care about their guests and go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Manhattan to families, business travelers, and tourists looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Pretty impressed with this hotel- especially for the price. Rooms are huge, big tv, comfy bed and nice bathroom- definitely better than a three star. Location wise- few minutes down from soi 11, good Irish pub across the road in o Leary’s showing the World Cup. Only negative is the gym closes at 19:00- that’s stupidly early! Shame.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Manhattan Sukhumvit Bangkok was extremely disappointing. I specifically booked and paid for my room starting the day before my arrival because I was travelling from Paris and had a 16-hour journey. My goal was simple: arrive in the morning, take a shower, rest and recover from my trip. Unfortunately, the room I was given was in an unacceptable condition. There was a strong unpleasant smell, visible dirt, stains, dust, humidity damage and mould on the ceiling. I immediately requested a room change. The staff showed me a second room, then a third room, but both had similar cleanliness and maintenance issues. At that point, it was clear that the problem was not limited to a single room. The common areas of the hotel were also in a poor state of maintenance and cleanliness, which reinforced the impression that the issues I encountered were not isolated but reflected a broader lack of upkeep throughout the property. The hotel suggested sending housekeeping again, but housekeeping cannot fix mould, water damage, stained surfaces or the overall poor condition of the rooms. What disappointed me even more was the complete lack of customer service afterwards. I sent a formal complaint with photos and requested a refund or at least a commercial gesture given the circumstances. I also requested the cancellation of a second booking I had made for later in my trip. Despite multiple emails, I received no response whatsoever. A non-refundable booking does not justify providing rooms that do not meet basic standards of cleanliness and maintenance, nor does it justify ignoring legitimate customer complaints. I am genuinely disappointed because the location is good, but the condition of the rooms, the state of the common areas and the absence of any response from management have completely destroyed my confidence in this hotel. I cannot recommend this establishment based on my experience.

My experience at Manhattan Hotel was amazing. The hotel offers a luxurious stay with excellent facilities and a comfortable atmosphere. Its location is perfect, right in the heart of the city’s nightlife area, making it very convenient to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and entertainment. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The room service was prompt and professional throughout my stay. The buffet breakfast had a great variety of dishes, and the quality and taste were excellent. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with great hospitality, luxury, & convenience. I would highly recommend Manhattan Hotel to anyone visiting the city and looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.
