the location, services by friendly and helpful staff, and the cleanliness make it a perfect place to stay in Bangkok. However, i do have some issue with the design of the room in which i feel that furniture are placed in some strange position. instead of a working desk you usually find at the end of your bed, you will find a narrow bench like table at the back of your bed. and the bench is already occupied with coffee machine, glasses, room phone etc which give me just too little area to work and place my phone and charging. there is also no bedside table you can use. while the washroom is at the right side of the bed, the luggage could only be placed at the left side of you bed. every time if you want to grab something from the luggage to the washroom, you'll have to go around the large bed. as the working area is at the back of the bed, i just found that i walked around my bed like 10 times every night. it's quite annoying. try to avoid room with this plan. other than this, this hotel is perfect

very nice hotel that is right in the middle of everything. very modern hotel with beautiful suites. got the jr suite that was quite with a fairly comfortable bed with a shower and tub big enough for 2. can be little pricey but if you get what you pay for. very clean new towels and bed made daily by the room service. even with it on the main road it was very quiet as i didnt hear anything from the outside at all. breakfast was great with options for thai breakfast and english breakfast.

The location of this hotel is great. The staff cannot do enough for you, so friendly. Rooms are great spacious clean and air con. Breakfast is decent. Safe, bidet. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Excellent location right on Sukhumvit. Next door to a 24 hour coffee shop, Terminal 21 about 2 blocks away, BTS station minutes away, across the street from the SW1 night market, and numerous other food options ranging from street food to high-end dining. Staff was incredibly nice and very quick in checking me in. Breakfast was good with a number of options. Room was spacious and the bathroom was pretty cool with the fancy smart toilet. Can hear the nearby BTS but did not affect my sleep. Blackout curtains did a great job of blocking out the light for those daytime naps.

Excellent hotel! Great location on the Main Street. Close to all amenities. Hotel itself was excellent, clean and friendly staff. Enjoyed my time and would highly stay here again when back.

Beautiful place, very clean and in a lovely location, the train stations are so close by it's very easy to travel around Bangkok. The malls nearby and the streets and restaurants are abundant too, never really needing to go far for comforts. Pharmacies are nearby too, in case you get sick. The staff are always so nice and helpful, patient. Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely Love the hotel and the small details in the room, The S15 Bear is the cutest and the all the staff are very pleasant .. speacial mention for Nikki at front desk and Mr Nut the bell service .. overall a very good stay. And the location is apt if you want to chill in the hustle bustle of Bangkok
