★★★★★ Perfect for families! We have stayed at Novotel Living Bangkok Sukhumvit Legacy twice before, and we chose to come back again because we always have such a great experience here. It’s a perfect place for families, especially if you want to stay in the city while still having plenty of space. The family rooms are very spacious and comfortable, which makes a big difference when travelling with children. The staff are always extremely friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Dai and Nicky, who took such good care of us and made our stay even more enjoyable. Our children absolutely love staying here and ask to come back every time we are in Bangkok. It really feels like our go-to place in the city. Highly recommended for families!

We had a fantastic family stay at Novotel Living Bangkok Sukhumvit Legacy. We booked a Premium Suite with an adjoining room, and it was the perfect setup for our family of five. Having a full-sized fridge, freezer and washing machine made a huge difference during a longer stay and made travelling with young kids so much easier. The rooms were spacious, modern and very comfortable, with plenty of room for both the kids and the adults to relax. The pool was a real highlight, especially the small waterslide, which kept the children entertained every day. The location is excellent, close to everything you need while still being peaceful enough to relax after a busy day exploring Bangkok. The hotel offers outstanding value for families looking for extra space and practical amenities. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We genuinely enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again on our next trip to Bangkok. Highly recommended for families.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the best family stays we’ve ever had! We stayed at Novotel Living with our children, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The reception team was incredibly warm, friendly, and professional. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and made us feel truly welcome. Our children absolutely loved the Kids Club and had an amazing time. The facilities were excellent, making the hotel perfect for families. Bangkok can be very busy, but the hotel was so comfortable and relaxing that we often preferred spending time there instead of being out in the traffic. It really felt like a home away from home. A big thank you to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. We highly recommend Novotel Living to anyone visiting Bangkok, especially families, and we look forward to staying here again. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk to Terminal 21, which was very convenient for shopping and dining. One thing to note is that it is around a 30-minute walk to the Arab Street area, and during busy traffic it can take around 40 minutes by car. However, this wasn’t a major issue for us because food delivery services are readily available and worked very well throughout our stay.

We started with a Jr.Suite, upon check in we were greeted by extremely friendly staff, Ice, Dai, and Nicky??? I may possibly have the 3rd name incorrect?? Sorry We were checked in quickly and also received a complimentary upgrade to the 1 bedroom executive suite was perfect! A couple of minor things we should note, there is no place to plug in a hairdryer in the bathroom?? Also no other sitting place outside of the bathroom for any of you ladies?? My wife made it work, we did find that odd however? The shower water pressure is completely incredible!!!!! The washer dryer was a nice amenity as well as the fully equipped kitchen, 2 large big screen flat tvs, 1 in bedroom, 1 in living room, also a beautiful balcony to soak in the views of the city, no chairs however? Also sort of odd? The minor things were exactly that, do not let them bother you, this place is very nice, youll love it! We stayed in suite number 2070 for 4 days and it was it superb!!! At the last moment, our plans changed and we booked 1 more night, however this time our only option was to relocate to to building 1, it was just a standard room this time, nothing fancy, just basic, if I we were to stay again, we would only choose the the suite especially for longer term, we just didn't feel the standard room was worth the costs... I hope this helps any other potential guests, overall this place is excellent, its has a pool dining options etc. The above mentioned staff however are what truly makes this place shine!!! What are you waiting for?? Book your room, best location, everything and I mean everything is well withing walking distance, enjoy your stay 😊 (The photos are of the suite)

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The service was excellent throughout our stay. We arrived early and were kindly provided with an early check-in by Ms. Nicky and Ms. Ant, which we really appreciated. They were both extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. All the other staff were also warm, courteous, and always willing to assist whenever needed. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok.

We had a wonderful stay in Bangkok with our family of four. The family room with bunk beds was perfect, and the kids absolutely loved it. The service throughout our stay was excellent, but a special thank you to Ei Ei at the buffet breakfast. Every morning she greeted us with a warm smile, made us feel so welcome, and was especially attentive to our children. Her kindness and friendly nature made breakfast a highlight of our day. Thank you, Ei Ei, and the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to returning!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The entire team was incredibly lovely and welcoming throughout my visit. My room was absolutely spotless, and the amenities here are fantastic—I especially loved spending time at the pool bar and taking advantage of the tennis court. Thank you for the amazing hospitality. I am already planning to come back again for my upcoming 2nd and 3rd trips!

I am, in fact, a frequent guest at this hotel and have always enjoyed my stays here. The service is usually excellent, the food is consistently good, the rooms are clean, and the location is ideal in the heart of the city. It is also a remarkably peaceful and quiet hotel with a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. However, this morning I had a disappointing experience with a trainee receptionist named Bee. My request regarding the delivery of outside food to my room was refused in a manner that I found unnecessarily discourteous and lacking the level of professionalism one would expect from a hotel of this standard. While I understand that policies must be followed, the way they are communicated is equally important. Courtesy, respect, and proper guest service should never be overlooked, regardless of the circumstances. I hope the management will take this feedback into consideration, as it does not reflect the otherwise excellent standards that have always encouraged me to return Thank you
