I always receive excellent service at this hotel. I’m especially grateful to Fon, Ohmmy, Sue, Mac and managers at the front desk, as well as the doormen. They always welcome me back with warm smiles, which makes my stay so much better every day. As a frequent business traveler staying for 1–2 weeks at a time, the in-room washing machine is the most important feature for me. Most rooms are equipped with a new washer-dryer combo, which is incredibly convenient. (Note: The smallest room type does not have a laundry machine, so I recommend checking the room facilities carefully when booking). While it is perfect for business, I also highly recommend this hotel for tourists because of its prime location and excellent facilities. I’m on my way back to Japan now, but I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

I had a wonderful stay here for six months, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the day I moved in until the day I checked out, all the staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. They always greeted me with a smile and were quick to help whenever I needed anything. The service throughout my stay was excellent, making me feel truly at home. The hotel is well maintained, comfortable, and the team goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a pleasant experience. Thank you to everyone for making my long stay(6 months) so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is excellent, conveniently located near the city center, and the rooms are very spacious. It feels like a small apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen, sofa, balcony, separate bedroom, and even a bathroom with a washer and dryer. The service is very attentive; they even opened the door for me and my car every time I arrived. Absolutely wonderful! I will definitely stay here again next time I visit! There are many restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as a mall, and plenty of spas and massage parlors.the price is very good

Wonderful stay! Lovely staff, very clean rooms, comfortable bed, lots of clothes storage, plenty of natural light within a large, spacious suite. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, plus a washing machine, which we appreciated for a longer stay. The building is older but everything works perfectly and we found it a very good value. The location is quiet despite being near busy Sukhumvit 24. Convenient to BTS, shops, restaurants, etc. Fon and her entire team make it even better. They are lovely - kind, helpful and professional all the time. Thanks for a great experience!

Great hotel, very conveniently located, especially for the price point. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room are a little bit older, but very clean. Super handy that they came equipped with washer/drier. The air cons can be a little bit noisy at night, if you are a light sleeper, but otherwise a great place to stay and would definitely come back

The location is great, just a few mins short walk to the SkyTrain station, there are a number of big shopping malls around and also many smaller restaurants, massage shops. Location is great. The hotel itself is a bit old, there is this unpleasant smell in the hallway, fortunately nothing inside the room itself. Shower room is a bit outdated. Overall okay for a few days of biz trip.

Super disappointing experience. I wanted to extend my stay by one more night, but the customer service was extremely unhelpful and uncooperative. I was told I had to change rooms, yet no one could even tell me my new room number or where my belongings would be moved. The hotel itself is very old and poorly maintained. There was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the property, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, the hot water in the shower did not work consistently, and it was very noisy at night, making it difficult to sleep. Even the towel bowl/rack in the bathroom was poorly maintained, reflecting the overall lack of upkeep. The gym, located in the basement, has outdated and poorly maintained equipment, and the area felt dirty. The swimming pool is small, not very clean, and is awkwardly located near the fire exit on the 8th floor. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Poor service, inadequate facilities, and a lack of maintenance made the stay very unpleasant. I would not recommend staying here and would definitely not return.

Excellent location being near Empshere. Plus connecting malls. Making it very easy to get to the BTS and stay cool. Out suite has a washing machine and dryer combo which is a huge bonus. Being able to wash your clothes as you go was amazing. Staff were always super friendly and helpful. Fresh water and towels every day. Bed sheets changed when requested. Polite and spoke good English.
