I stayed at Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok for two nights, and the experience was truly exceptional. Since I was traveling with my family, finding the right hotel with excellent hospitality was very important to me, and Hilton Sukhumvit delivered exactly what I was looking for. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. Being a Hilton team member myself, the room upgrade was a particularly appreciated gesture. These small touches mean a lot, especially when you’re traveling with your loved ones. A special mention to Mai, who was extremely polite, professional, and welcoming throughout our check-in. I also had an amazing time at the Executive Lounge. It is such a quiet, relaxing space and perfect if you need some time to yourself. The breakfast was wonderful, with more than enough options to choose from. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly, attentive, and caring without ever being overbearing. I would also like to sincerely thank Ms. Rachel, the General Manager, for taking the time to check on us during breakfast. That personal touch was very kind and truly reflected the level of hospitality at the property. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the location is absolutely top-notch, with plenty of malls and shopping options nearby. Overall, my family and I had a fantastic stay, and I’m already looking forward to visiting again and experiencing another great time at Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

A really lovely stay at the Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok! ❤️ The room was comfortable, the sleep was so good, and everything about the stay felt easy and relaxing. The buffet breakfast deserves a special mention—such a great spread with plenty of choices, from local Thai favorites to international breakfast staples. Fresh, delicious, and definitely the kind of breakfast that makes you want to take your time and try a little bit of everything! 😋 And honestly, I can’t say anything bad about Thailand—it’s always such a wonderful mix of great food, warm people, beautiful energy, and that unmistakable Thai hospitality. 🇹🇭✨

My travel plans unexpectedly changed, requiring me to pivot and head to the Hilton Sukhumvit earlier than standard check-in time. Luckily, the property was incredibly accommodating. As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, they brought me straight up to the Executive Lounge for check-in, got me into a room early, and even upgraded me to the 19th floor on one of their Executive levels. The hospitality has been amazing my entire stay; the whole staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. The property itself has a beautifully refined Art Deco theme that gives it a great vibe. Downstairs, the breakfast buffet is an incredible spread with a massive variety of high-quality options. The location is unbeatable—it's right by the Emporium for shopping, there’s a super convenient 7-Eleven next door, and plenty of great food and drink spots within walking distance. Finally, don't miss the rooftop: they have a very nice gym right next to a fantastic pool. Highly recommend!

This is a solid city center hotel. Great staff. Great location. Clean room. Weak gym (quite basic but functional for a couple of days). Not the property if you are after ultimate luxury but they are not promising that anyway. It’s a great hotel overall. Breakfast was nice (great spread). Thank you Meily for always smiling and hosting. Even with the slight language barrier it is clear that she wants to look after her customers!

A Home Away From Home – Exceptional Hospitality Every Time .Hilton hotel Sukumvit not my first time staying at this hotel, and every time I return, it feels like coming home. The warmth, genuine hospitality, and excellent service from every staff member always make each stay a truly memorable experience. A special thank you to Khun Nam and the entire front desk team for welcoming guests with professionalism, courtesy, and great attention to detail. Every time I step into the hotel, I feel warmly welcomed and truly valued. Thank you to all the bellmen for being kind, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Your care and support make guests feel comfortable and well looked after throughout their stay. Thank you to Khun Aek, Khun Top is always attentive, professional, and takes great care of every guest. Almost 2 years after our first stay at the hotel, we decided to return for 3 nights, as we enjoyed our first stay very much. We checked in at the Executive Lounge at 15:00.|We booked a regular twin room, and as Diamond members, we were upgraded to a twin junior suite. Funnily enough, we were allocated the exact same room we had last time - 707. The junior suite was lovely and has literally not changed since our previous stay.|It featured 2 rock-hard beds, 2 chairs and a coffee table, a desk and 2 chairs, a TV, a minibar, a safe, and a view of a nearby mall. The bathroom was large, with 2 sinks, a toilet with a hose bidet, an open shower with powerful water pressure, and a bathtub.|The amenities were the regular Crabtree & Evelyn products in large dispensers. The pool is located on the 26th floor, but was a little bit too cold for comfort. The gym is also on the same floor. We had our 3 breakfasts at Scalini, which weren't as great as last time, with the Diamond area gone. I've written a separate review about it. The Executive Lounge is open from the morning hours until 20:00 and features a very nice afternoon tea spread and a wonderful evening buffet, with à la carte vegetarian dishes that you can order.|Unfortunately, the hotel allows children in the lounge all day long, and their constant screaming and noise ruin the atmosphere. Bottom line - all in all, we enjoyed this stay as well, and while the hotel has not changed at all in the last 2 years, some wear and tear are beginning to show.

My stay at Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok was exceptional. I booked two separate stays of 5 nights each, and honestly, it exceeded every expectation. I am usually quite critical when writing reviews and tend to look closely for faults, but this hotel truly outshined everything. The staff consistently went the extra mile to accommodate every request and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout my stay. The breakfast was amazing with a wide and excellent selection. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the reception staff were always friendly and welcoming. The executive lounge was incredible, with outstanding staff who made the experience even better. The pool was stunning, especially with the beautiful views, and the bar staff were phenomenal. The concierge service was also outstanding and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. What made this stay even more special was the staff—they have truly become like family to me. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine care made such a lasting impression, and it made the hotel feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—everything was close by, including the train station, which made getting around very convenient. I especially enjoyed being able to travel easily from the airport to the hotel using the train. This is truly a 10/10 experience. I cannot wait to return, as this will be my only hotel in Bangkok going forward. I would absolutely rate this hotel as excellent and highly recommend it for your next trip. It is definitely worth it.
