We had a full 8-day stay here in a Two-Bedroom Deluxe Apartment and it worked out really well for us. The hospitality and housekeeping were fantastic, and the rooms were well kept throughout our stay. Travelling with three kids, mostly toddlers, we put the washing machine and dryer to full use, which made a huge difference. The space of the apartment was just right for our family too. One thing worth flagging for anyone coming from Malaysia: we commonly use the Type G 🔌 , but the rooms here are fitted with Type A and C sockets. It wasn't a dealbreaker since we sorted it out, but if they switched to universal adapters it would be perfect for regional travellers. Worth highlighting that the apartment is literally a stone's throw from Emporium Mall, which connects straight to EmQuartier and the BTS stations. So everything is within easy walking distance, which was really convenient for getting the family around. Would happily come back.

After staying in many service apartments here Oakwood Suites remains one of the most practical and comfortable options, especially for longer stays.LocationThe location is superb. It’s just a 5-minute walk to Prom Phong BTS and surrounded by everything you could possibly need. Within walking distance, you’ll find three major shopping malls, countless spas, local eateries, healthy dining options, trendy cafés, bars, clubs, aesthetic clinics, and dental clinics. Whether you’re visiting for business, leisure, wellness, or a bit of everything, the neighbourhood has something for everyone.FacilitiesThe infinity pool is cosy and relaxing, offering a pleasant escape from the city’s hustle. The standout facility, however, is the gym. It is genuinely one of the best hotel gyms I’ve encountered and is far better equipped than many five-star hotels. Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the quality and variety of equipment available.The Wi-Fi is consistently strong and reliable throughout the property, making it ideal for both work and streaming.Restaurant & CaféThis was probably the weakest aspect of my stay. While the breakfast basics such as salads, eggs, fruit, and other staples were perfectly acceptable, the rest of the menu was underwhelming. Highly recommend Oakwood Suites. Great location just 5 minutes easy walk to Phrom Phong Station and walk to Emporium, Emquartier and Emsphere Malls. All staff are really lovely and kind including Ake who helped us with our luggage. Rooms are beautiful and clean and great to have a microwave, washing machine and full sized fridge. Food from Acorn cafe was delicious and they do room service. Lovely rooftop pool and sauna too. Would happily stay here again!

All of the staff were extremely kind and welcoming, very lovely people. Room was always clean, great amenities and very convenient location. Ake was very kind and helpful when checking out! Acorn Cafe downstairs had delicious food available for room service, and their staff were lovely as well. Highly recommend Oakwood Suites, would love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Oakwood Sukhumvit Bangkok. The hotel is very nice, well-maintained, and offers great quality service. The location is perfectit's just a short walk to Emporium Mall and the BTS station, making everything very convenient and easy to access. I also want to give 100 points to the cleaner who took care of our room (Room 2604) for about two months. We called her Ting, and she is absolutely amazing! 👏👏👏 We loved the way she cleaned our room. Everything was always spotless, organized, and arranged so nicely. She's fast, but her cleaning is very detailed and thorough. In fact, we could always tell when Ting wasn't the one who cleaned our room because sometimes other cleaners would miss a few small things. It's completely understandable, but Ting's work really stands out. She consistently provided excellent service, and we truly appreciate all her hard work. Thank you, Ting, for making our stay so comfortable. We would definitely love to stay at Oakwood again next year!

This was my second time staying here, and I can confidently say that I love this hotel just as much as the first time. Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and filled with natural light. The bed was incredibly cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. I also loved the modern design and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the property. The swimming pool is one of my favorite spots. It offers a beautiful city view and creates the perfect setting to unwind and enjoy a quiet vacation. The entire hotel has a calm and welcoming vibe that makes you feel at home. What keeps bringing me back is the feeling I get whenever I stay here. It’s the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy some quality time away from the busy city. Everything is well maintained, the staff are friendly, and the overall experience is always enjoyable. This was my second stay, and I will definitely be coming back again. Very nice, large accommodation, soo much storage in property. AC quiet and nice and powerful. Very clean and very well maintained. Had a lovely view of park. Washing machine and dryer combination in apartment which is great. Only issue was the TV has very limited English channels and the sofa seat in living room was soo close to floor, had to sit on cushions to raise it. People in Oakwood were helpful, also just a wee walk to MRT and couple of 7/11 close by for supplies. In reality you do not need to move from soi 24 as it has everything. Great stay and Thanks

location is perfect. It is the only reason why I stayed here for the second time. However, the overall experience was fall short of my expectation. The pool was badly maintained. Water was a bit salty. Many areas have a layer of dirt. The massage water jet were not working. My plan was to the pool for all four days but I only attempted once due to the bad condition. The towel provided in the room was dated. There were holes in almost every towel provided. You can image they were hard and color grey too,. The toilet always have a bad smell mainly because of the sewage problem which I don't think the hotel can fix it. Buffet breakfast was below Bangkok 4 stars hotel standard. I just consumed eggs and coffee. I bought my own yogurt and fruit. The gym maintained well
