I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the experience enjoyable. The only areas for improvement would be the towels and pillows. The towels had a slight smell and did not feel as fresh or thoroughly washed as expected. In addition, the pillows were too thin, which caused me to wake up with a stiff neck the next day. Other than that, everything else was good and I enjoyed my stay.

Had a wonderful experience here! The staff were all very friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. A special thank you to Dorathy Aoy for going above and beyond to arrange the birthday cake and make the celebration extra special. Her thoughtful arrangement and warm service really made our experience memorable. 🎂❤️ Thank you to the whole team for the great hospitality. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time at Berkeley Hotel Pratunam. They upgraded our quadruple room to 2 king bedrooms at no additional cost. The hotel is very near and accessible to various shopping malls and night markets. The rooms were also very clean and well-maintained. Our rooms were cleaned everyday and towels replaced even though we didn't request for it. The breakfast buffet also had a diverse selection of food and was very delicious. During our check-out, it was fast and efficient and Mr. Mick and Mr. Rey were very helpful and careful in assisting with our luggages. Very nice location, wonderful staff and service, clean and well-maintained rooms. It's definitely a hotel to come back to in Bangkok.

We had a wonderful stay at The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam, travelling as a family of four — two adults and two teenagers. We arrived extremely tired after our flight, but from the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. We had requested some special decorations in the room for my partner’s 40th birthday, and everything had been arranged beautifully. A special thank you to Carl, who was incredibly accommodating and quickly sorted our room for us. After a long flight, his helpful and welcoming attitude made such a difference. We really appreciated how efficiently he took care of everything when we were exhausted. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the service we received was fantastic. It was a great start to our stay in Bangkok, and we would absolutely love to visit The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam again. Thank you to Carl and the team for making our arrival and birthday celebration so special!

I had a great experience staying at The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam. The receptionist, Ms. Flora, welcomed me warmly and provided professional, efficient service. The team at The Oak Bar on Level 11 was very attentive, and the housekeeping staff, concierge team, and bellhops were all incredibly helpful. Another receptionist, Mr. Carl, also provided exceptional service. Overall, I give this hotel a high rating and strongly recommend it to my friends. I definitely plan to stay here again. Thank you to all the staff!

My stay was delightful! The hotel is huge and the location is very convinient, there’s a 7/11, Starbucks, McDonalds, and many money exchange stations under the hotel. And the hotel also has lets relax spa on the tenth floor! The room is very spacious, it’s good for families. The staff are amazing and very kind, especially Poly:). Though however since there’s a lot of groups which makes the elevator quite busy at times.

We stayed in the North Tower in a room for three people. The room was very spacious, with plenty of space for all of us and our luggage. Mrs. Alis at reception was very helpful and welcoming during the check-in process. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and we also ate at the bar once. The quality of the food was really good. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would be happy to return!

Wonderful stay at berkeley hotel, convenient with amenities, below hotel have pallidium mall and nearby mall ar platinum, bigC, centralworld. All are walking distance. Rooms are clean, toilet comes with bidet and bathtub! Reception staff are friendly and helpful! Special shoutout to joey, sing and many more concierge staff, they are super helpful with many things, eg. transport, massage, laundry, and helping out with the bags. Indeed land of smile! Place recommended!!! Thank you very much for the pleasant stay!
