Only one lift that takes 4 people, 2 people comfortably, stopped working just after I arrived and remained out of use for the duration of my stay. (3nights) Breakfast was not great only cooked options available were egg and bacon slices. No fridge in room. If you are working in your quarters, they periodically check if you need your room cleaning, but they don’t knock they just walk in, which is quite concerning. Free parking and plenty of bays available. Gyms in the area And some quality restaurants in walking distance If your driving, there are a few fairly priced fuel stations with in mile of the hotel. Oh and the beds are single beds even if you ask for a double.

Wonderful Hotel and lovely staff. Everything was clean and tidy. The room was more than enough and everything was perfect. Breakfast was very good. Parking was available all the time. The hotel is close to city centre so it was easy to move around.

Very clean. We have stayed in inexpensive hotels in this area for the past 4 days and this has been the cheapest but it's been the best. It has things you would expect to have in a North American hotel like free shampoo, an ice machine, a shoe buffer, sufficient outlets to charge our devices, just to name a few. I don't know why all the negative reviews. The staff were extremely friendly (front counter and restaurant). Obviously, you're not staying in a 5 star hotel, but for the price you pay, it's well worth it.

The ease of booking, the price of the rooms, the ample free parking, and the fairly close location to Braga’s tourist sites makes this hotel an obvious choice for the car traveler. |We stayed for two nights. The rooms were no frill, the equipment is old but functions, the bathrooms function fine, the place is clean, the beds were better than beds I have had at 5 star hotels. The beds have nothing special they just were great to sleep on for all of us. The staff were smiling and helpful all the time. The front desk people spoke English, the night shift people were very alert and happy for a night shift, I appreciated it. We didn’t eat there, plenty of places around. We would come back for another short stay.

Spacious and functional room. It was ok with the noise. Free parking, far from city. Breakfast was good. Service was great, very kind people. It is a good stay for the price, you can use this hotel for short vacation and resting on your way towards your final destination.

No heat in the room, used three blankets in the night, cleaning the room was a joke for two weeks same amount of hair from previous visitor was still there. Breakfast same every day , at some point needed to take some water from the kitchen and after that i quit eating from them. Dishes allways dirty. Avoid !!

Great service. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Had a great two weeks. My nephew was always greeted at reception. Breakfast was always fresh and plenty off. The cleanliness was great specially with the pandemic.
