I stayed here for one night and the room was clean. The lady in the reception was so kind and she gives me all what I need to know about the city and what to see. Car parking is available on the street. City center is 15 minutes walking for the hotel.

A perfect old school hotel. Well located for our work event. The staff were the epitome of charm, efficiency and kindness. Amazing breakfast. Many big chains could learn a thing or two from this place.

Came here with my husband and son. The hotel staff are very friendly and were very friendly with our toddler. Hotel is basic with a small lift and key access to room. If anything the hotel could do with a bit of a refurb. We were on the front of the hotel which was quite noisy in all honesty which was a bit uneasy with having a toddler sleeping, however he slept through the noise. Breakfast is very basic, cereals, toast, continental meats, fruit etc but very good as it's free. There is a supermarket near by and Braga centre is about a 15 min walk but very accessible. Overall the hotel was good for our 2 night stay but I wouldn't stay here for a longer holiday. Thanks to all the staff who were very friendly and to the lady who gave me an umbrella when I went to the shop with it pouring down with rain!

This hotels staff gave us the best customer service I have ever experienced. They went out of their way to accommodate us. It is basic but comfortable and clean. I've never been treated this this well in a 5 star hotel. Great location within easy reach of the stadium.

Very basic hotel. But spotless. Great base especially if attending an event at the Atlice Forum. The staff make this hotel they were the nicest most helpful staff I've ever encountered while staying in a hotel. Would stay again

Hotel should be rated as a 3 star. Hotel is very clean especially the bedding. Very friendly staff. Staff always helpful and informative about places to visit. Hotel is walking distance to major attractions. I would recommend Dom Vilas .
