Great staff , I do not remember the names from everyone but would like to thank all of those from 2nd to 5th April, from cleaning , front office and breakfast service. The renovation has positive impact, very well integrated . Spa is nice . Just a recommendation to put a wooden floor in the sauna and an emergency button, specially if you let kids enter the facility. Please start to include some welcome water in the rooms. Every 4/3 hotel does this nowadays. The breakfast has to be improved/reviewed. Very limited protein and vegetable options. Pastry is 3/2 star hotel. I think you could invest in a more personalized approach to the guests with the morning drinks, coffee , juices , etc, to avoid those machines . Just saying all this because we liked the hotel and our stay , and it has the potential to be much better after such renovation. We would go back .

Had a really relaxing stay at Templo Hotel & Spa. The location is beautiful and शांत, perfect for switching off and enjoying some quiet time. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the spa area was a great bonus. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. Lovely hotel, newly renovated. The rooms are now very relaxing and very well designed. The bed was very comfortable and bed linen was high quality. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Public spaces were very appealing and the bar was great. No restaurant but breakfast is served and is of good quality. Free parking right outside the door. The spa also has been renovated and is beautiful.

Great location. Spa is good, sauna and Turkish baths are excellent. Missing some things in a room - for example, after using spa where can we dry our swimwear and towels and bathrobes, I wonder?? There isn't a single hook or radiator in the room where we could hang it... The breakfast is rather poor for a 4 star hotel, just basic choice of ham and cheese, pastries, no fresh juice, no fresh vegetables, no healthy food at all, just this salty and sugary options 🙄.. Beds are very comfortable, and very quiet atmosphere for good sleeping 🫠.

I was absolutely blown away by this hotel! I booked on Expedia and messaged the hotel directly, they were very responsive. I got an amazing, spacious room with great views of Bom Jesus de Monte. The rooms are spotless and the bedding is very comfortable. Breakfast was included, but it was extremely limited, so I stopped using it after day two. There’s no room service, but the restaurant attached to the hotel is lovely, with stunning views over Braga. The staff are very accommodating, and the spa area is clean and also offers beautiful views. All of this for quite an amazing price. I had very little expectation going in, but I was truly impressed! The only major downside was the air conditioning, despite setting it lower and lower (from 21°C down to 11°C), the room temperature stubbornly stayed at 25°C, which made it difficult to sleep.

My stay at Templo Hotel and Spa in Braga exceeded all expectations. The staff made the experience truly memorable. Valeria at check-in was kind and professional, setting a wonderful tone from the beginning. Luis, who was on duty during the night, was incredibly helpful and attentive. And during check-out, João and another fantastic staff member (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) were just as excellent — professional, friendly, and so welcoming. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained, but it’s the team that makes it stand out. I felt so well looked after throughout my stay. I will definitely return — and next time, I’m bringing my family so they can experience the same outstanding hospitality! Five stars all the way!

Right next to the basilica: such a great location! The room was nice, feels newly done and all details were spot on. Amazing view, great shower and the bed was just perfect! Staff was friendly behind the reception desk (check in, late at night and morning). Breakfast was good, great options and ok variety.
