We had an amazing stay at Ingenia Byron Bay! From the moment we arrived, the ladies at the front desk made us feel so welcome. Their customer service was absolutely outstanding—they were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The extra care and kindness they showed really made our stay special. It's rare to come across such genuine, attentive service, and we truly appreciated all of their help. Thank you to the wonderful front desk team for making our holiday so memorable. We can't wait to come back!

We had a great stay here. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including all the basic amenities and thoughtful bathroom essentials like shampoo and conditioner. The shower was a standout—spacious, with a large walk-in design and a fantastic shower head. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the location couldn’t have been better. The only suggestions I’d make are fairly minor. The lighting throughout the unit is quite bright with a cool white tone, so a lamp in the living area would make the space feel much cosier in the evenings. We also found that the bedside charging points were USB ports only, with no standard Australian power outlets nearby, so we had to charge our phones in the bathroom or kitchen instead. Overall, a really enjoyable stay, and we’d happily return.

We stayed a week at this Ingenia park in Byron Bay and we chose it based on decent reviews, the location and the availability of dog-friendly cabins. Our cabin was very spacious, clean and tidy with a very new bathroom. It was towards the back of the park and was really quiet. The general look of the park was tidy and the staff always friendly. The location was good for us and we particularly enjoyed the easy access to the wonderful off-leash Tallow beach just behind the park. The short drive into Byron Bay itself was easy too. The wi-fi was excellent throughout our stay. The only downsides in the cabin were the lack of space around the basin in the bathroom to store anything and the fact that the bedroom door couldn't be closed due to the bed being in the way! We enjoyed our stay at this park and certainly plan to come back for a longer stay in what is a beautiful part of the world.

It's our 2nd time here, and we enjoyed our stay the same as last time and are glad our furry babies can come along. There was a nespresso machine, and I took advantage of the pool. However, we wish we were on the quieter side. The whole time of our stay we could hear the lawn mower that woke us up. It was still good for the price. Would come back, but will request for a quieter location.

Sites are absolutely tiny. I felt as though our neighbouring sites may have been part of the family - there's no possibility of privacy or personal space. Despite the park being half empty, we kept having people allocated right next to us, over and over again. Our site was predominantly dirt, scattered with cigarette butts and not a single speck of shade. Bathrooms were poorly ventilated and dirty, with bugs flying in and around all of the sanitary bins. Not within walking distance of the main stores or restaurants. The nearby road is quite busy and produces a lot of noise. Staff were helpful and friendly, but sadly I wouldn't consider this a trip I want to remember.

Our family stayed at Ingenia Holidays Byron Bay for one night during our family road trip, and all I can say is… wow! When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded, as our original cabin had been booked for additional nights. The upgraded cabin was absolutely stunning and made our stay even more special. The cabin featured two bedrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen, laundry facilities, a cosy lounge area, two sets of bunk beds in one room, and a comfortable queen bed in the other. Everything was beautifully presented with modern fixtures throughout, including the kitchen and bathroom, and it was spotlessly clean. The facilities around the park were fantastic too. There were vending machines, a great BBQ area, a swimming pool, and go-karts that the kids absolutely loved. We all had an amazing time, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The location couldn’t have been better either, with just a short walk to the beach, making it the perfect base to explore beautiful Byron Bay. We genuinely wish we had booked more than one night. I would absolutely recommend Ingenia Holidays Byron Bay to any family looking for modern, comfortable accommodation in a fantastic location. We will definitely be back!

Positioned right next to a decommissioned poo farm…. Which flooded and blocked the beach access with sewage…. Describes the park and their service perfectly! You can roll a turd in glitter but it’s still a turd! The bathrooms were not cleaned for at least 4 days straight! And once “cleaned”’ they were still filthy. Uneven caravan spaces made leveling the van a nightmare, also creating rivers through the park when it rained so anything outside even under the awning was soaked! How management handles their shady questionable guests was a joke, didn’t attend to the feral guest’s behaviour but put us, (the easy ones to deal with) elsewhere rather than kicking out the ones that were the problem! The roads in the parks are full of pot holes and needs major attention, lighting through the park barely exists. After staying at Ingenia at Hervey Bay, what a massive disappointment this one was! Needs a lot of money spent on it and a change management that are actually active! The two parks shouldn’t share the same branded name! Now I have stayed here, I can see why no one stayed long and the caravan park was mainly empty! Next time I’m in Byron, it won’t be in Ingenia!!!!

There are much nicer and better value campgrounds around. Tent sites are tiny. Campground was basically empty yet we were allocated a site right next to two other allocated sites. It’s quite difficult to sleep with the busy road noise and a very bright light that doesn’t turn off at night. Staff are very friendly but I would only stay here again at a pinch.
