The smell in my rooms was bad, the room was dirty and wasn’t what you expected for that price. The fuse in the bathroom wasn’t working that’s a big problem. would recommend staying at another hotel, the breakfast is very small,the dishes are out of plastic and the food isn’t very good.

This is the year 2026. At what point are hotels going to get onboard with smart TVs? I should have stayed at Ocean View but I split my stay between them and this place. The pillows were small and dated, the breakfast was absolutely horrible and telling the food wasn't done fast enough. The staff was great though but I truly should have stayed at Ocean View, at least they had a smart TV.|The room was clean, the water pressure was great but the shower didn't drain and I'm sure they know that so that was horrible. The water never got warm let alone hot

Looks nice, service was very kind and outgoing. There's free coffee and tea machine available all the time, so I pretty appreciate. Also there's a gym available anytime. The rooms look good, everything was tidy and clean. The WiFi is stable so far. I wouldn't mind to come back again. What real pitty is that they are using plastic plates and utensils and cups for the breakfast. I mean, common, is that really hard to have normal plates and forks? I consider it unnecessary waste nowadays.

It's an outdated, basic and overpriced hotel that's ok for one night if it's an emergency and you can't find nowhere else to stay. The staff was lovely, however, paying the same price as you'd pay in USA or Canada for this type room was unreasonable. The hotel was empty when we stayed there, but they still kept the prices high.

This is a very basic hotel, unlike any Marriott affiliated hotel we’ve ever been in. Everything is very plain but clean, the employees were pleasant, and the room was basically comfortable for the one night we were there. The main problems we had was a very noisy AC unit and too much light during the night. There were blackout shades but they were an inch or so away from the window and blazing light from the parking lot made the room too bright to sleep in without an eye shield. The breakfast was mediocre at best and many items were gone by the time we arrived at 8:30. The coffee, however, was good and available all day. I wouldn’t stay there again but it’s definitely not a bad place, just very plain.

19.849482°, -90.533903° A 10-minute walk from the Plaza del Patrimonio Mundial in central Campeche, this no thrills hotel offers a good night’s sleep with good breakfast, lift and shuttle service. In December 2024, our room 230 was clean and well-maintained with television, Wi-Fi reception and air-conditioning. The double bed slept well. Breakfast offered many options including English and continental items. Good start to the day. City Express is a good no thrills quality hotel. Recommended.
